Being a 21 year old woman, finding a trusting auto body can be incredibly difficult. My experience with Rutherford has been the best auto experience I have had in my life, and I am not saying that lightly! My vehicle had a decent amount of damage done to it, and Angie made sure to send me updates almost daily and was an incredible help through the entire repair and rental process. I absolutely recommend Rutherford Auto Body to anyone and everyone. I've been to a couple different body shops previously and was never met with the same attentiveness or kindness as I was at Rutherford. A HUGE thank you to Angie and the whole team over there, I cannot express how happy and appreciative I am of your service. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

I had some damage caused on the freeway due to a semi tire blowout. Pictures show before and after. Great work in making it look like nothing happened to my Camaro.

Everyone was helpful, cheerful and informed in every thing needed to fix my car. I was kept informed every day on the progress of my car. Very very satisfied on the body work,match of color etc. Would use this body shop over all others and recommend it to others for their repairs!

During a stressful time, I received excellent care from Rutherford from start to finish. They were able to get my car in quickly, promptly set up a tow, with a recommend company.
I received a quick response of everything that was wrong with my car, and that was sent over to my insurance company quickly. Due to supply issues, I waited on parts for several months, but received three updates a week regarding the arrival of parts, if they had been delivered or not. This always kept me in the “know”
One the parts came in, my car was quickly repaired, assembled, and painted.
My car looked brand new after extensive front end collision damage. Better then before the accident.
After pick up, I had noticed the back bumper of my vehicle and side boards has been discolored after wear and tear. No fault of the auto body, and only was noticed after the beautiful white paint was placed on the front.
The team quickly came out and was able to provide an estimate for further work and get my car back in a matter of days. My vehicle looks brand new

The least to say, that the customer service was excellent and my car was treated with car.

The folks at Rutherford are fantastic! They were easy to work with through the entire repair process, and communicated timelines and expectations, which they met. Most importantly, they delivered quality work and got my car back to looking like new!

When getting an estimate they were timely and took about 20 minutes. When I returned the vehicle for the repair Enterprise meet me there with a rental. Vehicle was returned in like new condition. I have used them several times over 8 years and would highly recommend them.

Rutherford is dedicated to quality and customer service! I have been taking my vehicles to Rutherford for body work for the past 20 years, and just picked my SUV up today after having repair work done from a recent accident. They consistently have the customer's best interest in mind, and they take great pride in the quality of their work. They communicated with the insurance company, and always reached out to me long before the insurance adjuster with updates. They were proactive in keeping me well informed, they were upfront and honest about all aspects of the repair process, and quickly responded to all questions that I had along the way. They did a fantastic job of keeping my costs at a bare minimum, while insisting on quality parts from the insurance company. The entire process was incredibly simple, and when I picked up my vehicle, I could see that they even repaired shoddy work that had been done by another "cheap" body shop that I had visited a couple years back (which I will never do again!). I will continue taking my business to Rutherford, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality, reputable body shop.

Took my car here after being rear ended. From initial quote, to rental car, to picking my car up, this company was great. Customer service exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the repair work as well. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Awesome place to do business. We have an F350 pickup that had significant damage to the box from when a trailer collapsed on it. Our estimator answered all of our initial questions on the work, then gave us status updates every day or two while the work was in progress. And the truck now looks good as new. We couldn't have asked for more or better service.

I was referred to Rutherfords by my Tow Service, I had no idea where to take my vehicle that was heavily damaged by an object that flew out the back of a moving truck. I had a very good experience with Rutherfords and they did an excellent jib on my vehicle. I had touch up work on several places and you can't.. you would never know it difference. They communicated with me during the process and were very friendly. They are no second rate shop..if you have a nice car then you will want to go here.

Came in for a repair after someone backed into my car. Paint match was very well done. It was easy enough to have them do it paid by the other guy's insurance. Everyone I dealt with who worked there was very nice. If I'm ever in another unfortunate car situation again that requires it, Rutherford will definitely get my business again.

Josh and John handled everything like pros, and the technician (I forgot his name) did an awesome job! Quick turn around time on the repair and constant updates on the status.

Awesome service and quality work. Still leaving 5 stars even though I didn't get my vehicle when promised. It wasn't the shops fault. A trim part was on back order. I was informed throughout the entire process and Angie was amazing.
