I had to come back and update. The service has been wonderful for the last few months and I appreciate that. I no longer walk in but wish the walk in customer receive the same treatment in regards to making the a priority as the drive-through and app customers.
Using the app has been very beneficial to not have a weight and long lines. I normally just order it five minutes before I walk out the door and Walla it be ready!

I went through the drive through during a Sunday lunch rush, and Isaiah was super friendly and kind. I know it's not easy to work customer service during those times, so I wanted to specifically recognize Isaiah's ability to do so with a smile. My order was correct and fresh, and I appreciated everyone's hard work to get the line moving as fast as possible.

Some of the nicest, best Starbucks baristas in town—I visit this Starbucks every day, even if it’s a little further out of my way because they make my drink correctly 100% of the time. Every member of staff is so nice, but Charlotte and Wyatt deserve major kudos for their excellent customer service. A big thank you to this staff for making my daily starbies run so enjoyable.

We placed a mobile order and showed up about 10 minutes early. The staff was so kind and they had our order ready super fast! The girl at the front counter was multitasking like a champ,all with a smile on her face. You could tell they were so busy but as a customer I never felt that I was rushed or neglected. We will definitely be back

The ONLY Starbucks location that makes the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso right consistently. Every other location you have to pray to God that they do it the way it is supposed to be made, but if you come here you already know it's going to be made right. I literally live by 2 Starbucks' closer to me than this one and I still make the drive just bc at least I know my drink will be correct. Ugh so good. So yummy. Also the people working are so nice!!!!

Super high energy today for the Popup Party and the baristas are wearing fun Leis. I got my free tall beverage exactly as I ordered it!! Thank you

My husband likes a Frappuccino with toffee nut and caramel and I am pretty sure this store made the best one we've ever had!!!

Kevin was an excellent batista. Here I am trying drinks from Tik Tok barely pronouncing items right. Drink came out perfect.

This is one of my favorite locations. The baristas know me by name. Some times they are a little slow, but they make up for it with their great customer service. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet in almost two years of me going here. Thank you all!

I like this location and the staff. I have only had my drink made incorrectly once and I went back 5 minutes later and the person who made it was in training. The manager worked with him through remaking the drink and was super nice about it and the issue was fixed. Ever since then, when I see that manager he always knows my drink now and I’ve never had an issue since. Usually pretty quick even at lunch time!!

Today, Chelsea assisted me with change for a $20. Her manager on duty reprimanded her, while I was still in line receiving my order. I just want to thank her, for going above and beyond my expectation. The manager behaved just as expected. I did spend over 20 on my order.

It's 6 AM then I'll drive an Uber. All night. Had to stop and get something to eat Cause i'm going to sleep in today

It was super busy and there was a long line at the drive through. Once I placed my order at the speaker I was able to get it within a couple minutes. Staff was super friendly and energetic. Very polite.

Love this location simply because of their staff! I come here many mornings and they always treat me with kindness and greet me with a warm smile. Love having my coffee waiting for me just how I like it with the order ahead option.

I'm a Starbucks addict and today I got the best iced pumpkin spiced latte- no whip!!! I didn't need to ask for extra shots of anything....it was perfect!!! All locations I visit is hit and miss and when I have a location that rocks then I want to share my joy. :-) Great experience today.

I like this location a lot, but sometimes its really slow and i think its because folks order these complex drinks that take forever to make. Baristas are super friendly and make good latte. Im happy.
