Grandpa's Pond Park

Great place to see turtles, waterfowl and grackles. The walking path around it is nice also.

Our trip to Grandpa's Pond Park in Hurricane, Utah, was awesome! Walking around the pretty pond felt peaceful and we even saw some cool birds and ducks. The kids loved the playground a lot. It had cool slides, swings, and stuff to climb on. Everything was safe and fun for kids of all ages.

We also had lunch at one of the picnic spots. It was nice and shady, perfect for eating outdoors. The park was really clean and felt like a great place for families to hang out and have fun.

Grandpa's Pond Park is definitely a great place to visit if you want to play, see some nature, and spend good time with your family. It's got a bit of everything for everyone!

This is a beautiful park. Our grandkids love it. The walk around the 'pond' is really nice. We saw turtles! We bring duck food so the ducks like us.

Nice and clean park for fishing, jogging, walking, biking, picnic, dog walking, play frisbee golf, etc.

Nice park! They’ve got a nice trail going around the water. Plenty of tables. Two pavilions. Bathrooms. Fishing. And frisbee golf! In the spring time, you can see pelicans take a little break in the pond as theyhead north to the great Salt Lake. Great place for birdwatching!

Always such an awesome experience here! The ducks walk right up to you and the park/ walk around the lake is nice. Love taking my littles here

Our favorite place to take dogs. When our daughter visits us with her goldendoodle, her dog loves walking around the pond. This place has something for everyone: picnic tables, playground equipment for the kids, disc golf, and fishing.

Nice park with a paved walking or biking trail around the pond. Good place to enjoy ducks and other bird watching. Park has a grassy area with covered picnic areas, playground and frisbee golf.

This placed has come along very beautiful and fun to come to. we love this place. It's great for the family. There are turtles and ducks to feed. And you can ride your bike around the pond. Kids love it.

We come to this park all the time. Love it here! Big playground, frolfing course, boardwalk, nice duck pond, clean facilities.

Was an excellent place, I encountered very nice people and saw a pelican for the first time in my life! Me and my mother plan to go there regularly to take more pictures, I will add more as they happen. I highly recommend visiting here if your in the area.

Was one of my favorite places to go for a good think. The trail around the pond is easy to walk, and is very peaceful. Overall a great place to be. Good for dogs too.

Grandpa's Pond is pretty amazing. Lots of places to sit if you need a break when walking around. Kids love feeding the ducks and playing on the playground. You can bring bikes or scooters and have a blast!

My only issue is the disk golf placements are in some weird places where people and kids would be walking or playing.

Beautiful and quite setting. The playground is great for the kids abd the path is well kept.

It's great. It has everything. Lots of open space, a giant pond, a great play area, two bathroom facilities, and lots of table space. Would be great for the biggest of gathering or even just to go play.

Drove from Vegas to play a disc golf tournament here. Beautiful park with a cool challenging course.

Beautiful half mile trail around a stocked pond with a fabulous disc golf course. Well maintained and very friendly! Dogs enjoyed the stroll as well.

Great park! Located towards the back of a neighborhood close to Quail Creek reservoir. Very large pond with a paved trail around the perimeter. Floating platform to see ducks. Fun playgrounds with 2 slides. 4 swings (no baby swings). Restrooms. 2 parking lots with ample parking. Large grass area. Frisbee golf.

What a difference it is now. It went from being small, and no one knowing, or going to the pond, to now being a big hit. Their building beautiful houses around the pond, built a nice playground, and a beautiful new walking place. This should definitely be on a trail list for everyone to walk.

No matter where you're coming from, make it to this park! One of Hurricane's newest parks is a must visit. Beautiful, well maintained grounds surround Grandpas Pond. Take a walk or run on the path around the pond and you'll see and hear the Virgin River as it flows gently by. Bring the whole family here and they will have a great time!
