I notice they are more than happy to take payments digitally and instant. But if you want to change your address or fight a late payment? You have to print it, mail it, wait for them to say they never got it... Get more late penalties (got to get money somehow I guess) Website truly is terrible to navigate, it's 2022 guys, get out of the 90s. (Which BTW matches their choppy phone system, be prepared to hear "what?" a lot and repeat yourself every question.)

Been trying for an hour to conduct a property search by address with no success. This should not be so difficult. Franklin County has a much easier site for property search.

On other county websites you can go to the map and enlarge the area you're interested in until the parcel numbers show up, then search the parcel number and it shows the owner, address, and acreage. Not so on this website. You click on map and get an aerial photo of the courthouse. Previously the Licking County Auditors site worked the same as other counties.

Not Impressed at all. Attempted to list home on the market. Find out our home and three others of the same models have different sq.footage. beware, can cost you a bundle. GLEN BROOKE SUB DIVISON. MODELS ARE Fairports. MARONDA HOMES.

You can't do property searches on this it is very defective. Just because it has updated graphics in the background doesn't make it a good website. The website designer screwed you over.

This review is just of the website. It's awful, possibly the worst govt website I've ever seen in terms of UI/UX. Other local govt agencies talk about how awful the website is.

I tried to view an address on the website and it kept saying no records found. I typed in address, owners name etc. And i got nothing. How are you supposed to look up something when it doesn't even work?
