Aaron our sales consultant, did a wonderful job! He was not pushy, let us look on our own with guidance, which was much appreciated! He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in mattress’ in terms we could understand. We haven’t had our mattress delivered yet, but looking forward to it! I have visited several different stores over the past couple of months as I was making a decision on a new mattress. I came armed with my own research, continued to learn more with each visit, and kept narrowing my choices down and retesting ones I was interested in. Two of the stores had a latex mattress that I was curious about. In the end, the Kingsdown latex and wool mattress won. Josh, Nate, Jacob and Matthew were very knowledgeable and could answer the detailed questions I asked about the mattress. I have had back surgery and take my time searching and testing. As I got more specific in what I was looking for, why I wanted a mattress and the feel I was looking for, the sales team was able to help me. In the past five years, I have purchased 5 mattresses all from Mattress Firm. I have been happy with the clean stores, knowledgeable sales staff, and the mattress selections. I’m looking forward to a great nights sleep!

Very happy we came here. We were contemplating getting a completely different mattress, but after discussions with Aaron we became more educated on options and he helped us pick a mattress that was best suited for us and in our price range. He was very helpful and informed on different beds and we enjoyed working with him.

This store location is incredible! I live about 20 minutes from it and have multiple Mattress Firm stores closer, but go out of my way to only shop at this store. Every store associate is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, I had all of my questions answered in a timely manner and was always given the best deals possible. I highly recommend shopping at this location, you will NOT regret it!

Ethan was incredibly helpful and informative, listening to what we were looking for and guiding us to what best fit our needs. He helped us find the perfect mattress and stand as well as finding the perfect date to have it delivered. Will definitely be requesting his help the next time we need a new mattress!!

My wife and I were very happy with our buying experience and feel very happy and confident in our choice of mattress. Matthew was very pleasant to work with and was mindful of our budget, which was admittedly on the low side.
He didn't mind us trying out the mattresses that were way outside our budget and did not pressure us to spend more. He was also very entertaining.

Brittany at the Polaris Parkway location could not have been better! She was so nice! She listened to what we wanted and showed us the mattress she believed would best fit our needs. She didn't try to get us to buy something we didn't want or need or spend more money than we were willing to spend. We really appreciate that!
