I have used Ultimate Auto Glass to replace three windshields. Mercedes Dealership in North Olmstead uses them. Top notch quality installation and service. The last one they did was quite involved (Mercedes W211 chassis) and they did it under adverse conditions. 5 Stars for quality and effort!

Took my vehicle to be repaired here. Came back with a filthy headliner covered in grease and managed to scratch an expensive wood panel on the interior, which had nothing to do with the repair in the first place. Never repaired it and I was left holding the bag. You get what you pay for.
