Delaware Fit Factory has been literally life changing for me. As an obese 38 year old woman, I was worried about fitting in with everyone.
Every single person I’ve come in contact with has treated me with respect and cheered me on during my workouts.
I cannot wait to see how my mental health and body continue to change!

I have really enjoyed becoming a part of the community at DFF. The coaches are amazing. The classes and workouts are adaptable for any fitness level and the coaches do a great job in helping you find what works for you where you are today. They are encouraging and support with a bit of tough love when you need it. I also love that they give back to the entire Delaware community in so many ways with events like Calories for a Cause.

I love this place so much ❤ the BEST people - come for the friends and stay for the awesome workouts. All the intimidating factors that gyms have reputations for are gone here. Everyone is just here to to have fun and get a good workout in while doing it. If you have even the slightest curiosity or wanting to check it out - take the leap and do it!!

Delaware Fit Factory has become my fitness haven. I get personalized and attentive coaching from professionals who stay informed of the current science and application of CrossFit.

As a former CrossFit Level 1 coach, I look beyond the industry standard of knowledge and experience. At DFF I recognize their unparalleled ability to engage and educate. From teens to older adults, the DFF coaches are quick to guide you with unwavering support.

Additionally, I think a lot of boxes talk about comradery, and I’ve worked out in many in several states, so feel confident in saying that DFF really does have a personal feel. Every day is electric and inviting, welcoming and supportive.

Delaware fit factory has completely changed my life! Where do I begin, the workouts are amazingly challenging, but every coach has the ability to scale/tailor the workout to each individuals skill, ability, or current injury. The community that is built in to the gym is amazing. No matter what time you take a class everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! I have been a member at this gym for almost a year and it is the best choice I could have made!

Delaware Fit Factory is a place for beginners and the more experienced athlete. The gym and equipment are well maintained and the coaching staff is very friendly! The community is wonderful and classes are lively, fun, and can be made to fit any fitness level.

I really enjoy coming to this gym, every member is supportive and the coaches are encouraging. I’ve learned so many new exercises where I feel confident to take them home and try them on my own. DFF is such an amazing gym. After searching for a great crossfit gym for years I finally tried Delaware Fit Factory and knew instantly it was a great fit. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, fun and truly want to help you reach your goals. The community is welcoming and encouraging and creates such a positive environment. I look forward to walking in the doors every single day. The list of things I’ve gained physically and mentally from DFF are too long for a google review... Just try it, you won’t regret it!

I’ve worked out at multiple gyms over the years, but never had tried CrossFit before. I loved lifting weights but felt intimidated to try something so out of my comfort zone and since I still had my “baby weight” after having my daughter. Joining four months ago, now the only thing I regret is not joining sooner. I’ve met so many great encouraging people there. From the coaches, to the other members in the daily WOD classes, they all have made me feel so welcomed! Lots of times available and very accommodating to all levels.

There's far more positive things to say about DFF than will fit in a review. Doug (owner) is knowledgable about crossfit/fitness, and running a clean, safe, fun gym. I have been a member of several crossfit gyms over my 10+ years of fitness training and visited dozens of gyms across the country -- DFF is up there with the best. The team of coaches guide workout programs that are challenging but accessible to a broad range of individuals from beginner to competition-level athletes. You're not joining a gym -- you're becoming part of a family, with all of the support and passion that comes with people who really care about you and your success. There are no excuses. Be better every day. Give it a try and you won't regret it.

I’m so glad I found Delaware Fit Factory! I have been on a constant cycle of setting and achieving goals since I started coming to DFF. The coaches are amazing, they hold me accountable while being encouraging and professional. I walked in worried that I wasn’t fit enough for CrossFit but quickly learned that there are scaling options for every fitness level. Every time you walk through the door, you walk out a little better. Come be better every day!

I am new to CrossFit and was referred to this gym specifically for the amazing coaches and family like team! It was all it was hyped up to be and more. I, unfortunately, live too far from the gym to fit into my day to day. Doug was SOOO amazing, he even offered to give me recommendations to other CrossFit gyms closer to me! It made me feel like he actually cared about my fitness journey and not just about business at his gym. You cant ask for more! Great coaches, great athletes, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Doug knows his stuff and truly cares about each member and the gym as a whole.
