Timberstone Vet is always great with us and our dog! She is always happy to go to Timberstone Vet. The staff and Doctors are excellent. Always willing to take the time needed so you understand exactly how your pet is doing and what you need to do to keep them healthy

I wish I could give them 10+ stars. We have been using Timberstone for over 3 years. Our oldest is extremely timid of strangers and new places. Even the pet store. She walks in the door there like it’s nothing and the staff is very patient and loving with all 5 of our huskies. All 3 doctors are phenomenal and go above and beyond to meet our needs. The techs and assistants show so much love to all of them (specifically Laura ;). She loves our Nelly and shows it every time we are there (which is quite a bit). Do I even have to say anything about Kevin? 10000/10 recommend!! Have never met nicer staff at a vet. We just love them!!! Well worth the cost!

Timberstone Vet is the best! Everyone is friendly, and the doctors are great. They are helpful, honest and take time to listen. We have been bringing our 17 year old dog here for some time, and wouldn't take him anywhere else. We thank Dr Jen Tate for all she does for our fur baby!!

I take my dogs Phoenix and Astro here and they always take care of my dogs. I’ve been to a different vet and it seems like every call I made required an appointment over simple questions. This vet has never done that to me they answer my questions and let me know if it makes sense to bring the dogs in for an appointment. I have Malinois so they are high energy and having a vet that can handle them and take care of them is amazing. They offer boarding I haven’t used it yet but it is nice to have your dog stay in a familiar environment if needed.

A wonderful transition from the emergency vet that told us we had to consider putting our (not quite yet) 6 year old cat. We got 3 months out of her and she saw her 6th birthday last month. They gifted us a recent food donation specific to our cat's kidney condition and we intend to return what wasn't used as she reaches her end stages. The (2) doctors we saw were compassionate and understanding, each in their own way that we knew our cat and would be able to tell when she was ready and it gave us solace in treating her "As we could" and got more time than we ever thought we would.

Dr. Jen and Dr. Nicole are the best! They take time and deliver expert care to each of our pets. The staff at Timberstone Vet is always friendly and helpful. I am happy to have found them after our long-time (very loved) vet retired. I am very comfortable entrusting each of them with my fur-family.

We seriously LOVE Timberstone and all of the staff there!! They are always so welcoming and soo good with the dogs! We already had a great experience there but to top it off, we just took our berner there for a surgery and the way they communicated with us made us love them even more! They sent update pictures and kept us in the loop the entire time! Highly recommend them!

I can't recommend Dr. Jen and her team enough. I've been a client of her for well over 12 years with my first English Chocolate Lab, then my Greater Swiss Mtn Dog and now my Black Lab. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable as well as her staff. Thanks Dr. Jen! Follow up. Just wanted to add another note to this review. We are very happy with how they treat both our furbabies and us, both when we come for a checkup or when we are boarding. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our dogs. I can't say enough good things about how they handled everything. They are wonderful, caring, and compassionate. I highly recommend coming to Timberstone Vet for all your pet care needs.

They're so nice to my kitty here! They take the time to explain what they're doing, and give me options regarding my cat's care, and the pros and cons of each choice. My cat went missing for over 2 months and I'm trying to get him back on track with his health after his return. They were very patient and gentle with him. This will definitely be his forever vet from now on!

Everyone here has given the most heartfelt care and support for all of my family pets over the years. I’m thankful to have the Vets, Techs, Front desk staff, their vast knowledge and their amazing support when I take my pups for the smallest or a large issue.

Dr. Jen, Dr. Nicole and their entire staff is caring, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough. They explain everything, make sure you have options and understand any treatment with your furry baby. They treat your pet with live and kindness too. A wonderful resource for our community!

Absolutely love Timberstone! Dr. Nicole is always professional and informative, Kevin is the absolute best, I always feel like I’m their first priority when I call with questions or concerns. Our dog Graham can’t get in their door fast enough so we know they treat him well inside. As first time pet owners, they answer all our questions and more to make sure we are prepared for everything. We started coming to timberstone during the pandemic and even if we’ve kept Dr. Nicole on the phone for 45 minutes we never feel rushed with our questions and she’s always happy to answer them. Highly recommended!

Brand new. Very clean, friendly and accommodating.

Finally found a high quality vet clinic in the area where ALL staff are kind, genuinely caring and very knowledgeable. We only came in for my dog’s annual vaccines, but since this was our first time there, Dr. Jen took the time to look over and discuss all of my pet’s records (which admittedly is a ton, so this was no small feat). I can’t tell you how much that put me at ease to see the attention to detail and the genuine caring she and her staff have for my big guy. Thanks everyone!

Dr. Jen has been a blessing to my kitten, Chiku. She is responsive, accommodating, respectful, and trustworthy. I am a first time pet owner and expressed concern early on about my little one, and Dr. Jen took my concerns very seriously. It is because of her commitment to the animals that my kitten has been able to receive care he needs. In addition to Dr. Jen, Kevin and Laura are extremely helpful with the socially distant appointments, and always respond with courtesy and kindness. When I say they are truly the best vet I've ever been to I truly mean that! They have always worked with us and fit us in even when they were double booked or had surgeries scheduled all day. They are always extremely nice and compassionate. You can tell they are doing what they love and truly care about the animals they work with. They have been very good to us with only charging us what was absolutely necessary and often didn't charge us for our pets to be seen for a recheck. Our old vet charged us an exam fee every time we went in even if it was just for an allergy shot given by the vet tech and the vet never even touched our pup. They've been really helpful with our tiny abandoned kitten and him having issues going to the bathroom and looked into different ways to help him. I couldn't ask for a better vet! I'd highly recommend them!

Dr. Nicole and staff are great with both of our dogs, one can be dog reactive and the other is fearful. They’re always patient and do anything they can to make it the least stressful as possible. It’s sometimes hard to find vet practices with the right combo of staff, doctors, building layout, and responsiveness but they are perfect. Nothing gets missed or forgotten, they tailor to your dogs’ specific needs, and the staff is great!
