Went today for a third ear piercing with Blakely. I scheduled an appointment on the phone. She was so friendly and professional! They text and call to confirm your appointment. She did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this location. My piercings are perfectly aligned. I love them! Thank you so much!

Always satisfied with any trip to this Ulta! They have an amazing selection of products! I like that you can get products that range from pharmacy brands to Prestige brands. They have a lot of options as far as skincare and color. Their selection of hair products is also nice!

I am completely in love with this store! I may have been in there once several years ago, but it was a quick trip. This week when I went, I was on a mission to check out a brand of makeup I saw in a magazine the night before. There's a "beauty/ cosmetic" store at Easton Gateway which I thought was in fact Ulta the prior evening; it is NOT.

I walked in and my mouth fell open like a 4 year old on Christmas morning. Why have I not discovered this fantastic store before? To my right, I see a blaring Lancome sign, and a Clinique sign, to my left, makeup and hair care, and FRAGRANCE! There are no excuses to ever be out of my favorite perfume again hubby and sons!

I took the pictures to send to my sons with the stores name and "Gift card" as the message. Their shopping can be all wrapped up! I shopped some, (don't make me come clean, my husband may read this some day) and then met Hope, who works at the Clinique counter. I didn't have any intention on getting back on the Clinique line, but Hope set me straight in a good way! If your skin needs attention, go see Hope.

Today I went into the Brow bar and my mom and I had back to back appointments. I am totally drawing a blank on her name and I apologize, but she was outstanding! For brows and dye it was $34. Not bad!

Did I say I love this store? Super friendly and they will make you look pretty. 😁

*I have read some other reviews of this store complaining of snooty staff who were unwilling to help. I ignored them, and chose not to include those details because I don't let people like that ruin my fun. There were a couple on my trip who were not feeling social, but again, everyone has bad days now and then.

I took my my wife, and a very lovely vibrant young lady I believe her name was Amina If I spelled it wrong. I apologized to you, but she was just though. Knowledgeable and so Percival and vibrant and wife and my wife love the experience of getting the help to choose the right. I don't know the terms of makeup cause. You know what's meant but I know she was happy

Large variety of products for women and men too! Staff very friendly and eager to help.

This is my favorite location! It has the best prestige. Also, the people are friendly. Madeleine was my cashier and went above and beyond to for my birthday gift. She is a sweetheart and has impeccable customer service.

Michelle at the fragrance section was so, so great! She really knows the products and how to help you find the scent that's exactly right for you. She asked me a few questions about what I liked and what I didn't like and the very first scent she pulled for me was right on target! She pulled several more and I ended up choosing 2 in total. She was very friendly and professional. A FAR better experience than I had at the Macy's counter. Thank you Michelle!

I love the customer service at this store. I walked in and a co-worker by the name of Pam could tell I needed help. She went above and beyond. She made sure I understood the products and that I didn't leave the store buying products I would be unhappy with. I have had a chance to use everything I purchased, and I love them all. I’ve been coming here for years and love it! A manager, I believe is named Georgia, is so wonderful and sweet.

Came on Black Friday, there were plenty of friendly staff to help customers. Sam was great in helping me to match a concealer since my previous was discontinued. Despite being very crowded the line moved quickly.

So I went in on a Tuesday morning, didn’t know anything about makeup other than lipstick and lip balm. Spoke with a salon person, and they got Hope to help me out. She was amazing. I asked if for help with drag makeup, but she told me that Shoshana was out for the day. However, she did an amazing job helping me out with picking a foundation, concealer, lipstick, brushes, brush cleaner, eyeshadow pallet, carrying case, and how to use them all. She was amazing.

I then went in on Thursday to meet with Shoshana. She was amazing! She helped me with educating me on how to use highlighters, lashes, a vibrant eyeliner pallet, and much more.

Both Hope and Shoshana helped me get what I needed, and without breaking the bank.

To end it all, I had the cashier, Lauren check me out both days. She helped educate me on the “free gifts” that I got with buying certain amounts of certain brands, as well as being a nice and friendly person during a new experience for me.

100% will come back and recommend.

It’s physically impossible to only leave with what you came in to buy. Staff is always great and I love the waxers at the Benefit Brow Bar. Staff is also very helpful if you have any questions. Online ordering is great to make sure you only end up buying what you intended to buy.

This Ulta beauty location is very special to me. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. I have been going to Rhyan to get my hair colored for over a year. She has welcomed me in her chair like family. I have diagnosed OCD and get anxiety about my hair being perfect, and she kills the game every time. She genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing. Go see Rhyan!

I absolutely love the customer service at this Ulta! There is an employee named Emma that is so kind and explains the usage of everything in a perfect way! I suggest going to this ulta to find the perfect routine for your face.

Went in just the other night, very overwhelmed about a trip I am leaving for. I needed travel sized everything! The store setup is great and easy to navigate, and all the sales people were very kind and helpful - and also didn’t bombard. My favorite Ulta to go to by far!

Liam was really helpful and friendly when I asked for help to pick out makeup. He worked with me to find the correct shade. He took his time in making sure that we got the right shade and gave me good recommendations on products to use. Thank you

I went into Ulta so super lost where to begin with make up and Janelle totally saved me. She set me up with an entire system. Everyone was also kind and friendly. Considering how last minute it is, I can take the worry of not having a make up artist for my special event after my artist canceled

Blakeli did a great job giving my daughter her second ear piercing. She was very friendly and thorough with aftercare instructions.
