Excellent customer service throughout the entire store. I had at least 5 different employees introduce themselves and ask me if I needed assistance with anything. Above and beyond my expectations.

Lots of deals at the Tanger Outlet location near Columbus.

I wanted a short sleeve button-down shirt For an upcoming event. I saw they had 30% off So I drove up there I picked out 2 shirts and saw a sign That said if I signed up online for their newsletter I would get an extra 20% off So I basically got to $90 shirts for for $100 dollars and 24 cents. Definitely worth the drive but I would think twice twice before going there on the weekend again.

The staff here are super nice! Everyone was very helpful, they remembered my name, and took great customer service to a new level. I had a little trouble with an emailed receipt, and the managers were super kind and took their time helping me resolve the issue. Thanks for a great shopping experience with my family :-)

One of my favorite brands, the outlet always has good deals. I haven't experienced any inferiority with their products. Customer service is always fantastic, all of the employees are always polite and willing to help without being overbearing.

I always get my shirts from here and consider this the ideal place to use a coupon and get fifty dollar shirts for about eighteen dollars. They still might be overpriced, but since I haven't found a comparable fabric that I enjoy wearing I have no problem shelling out a little extra to make sure I have really nice and comfortable shirts.

Got some good deals on shirts for work. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Also, they told me to text "offer" to 89448 to get 15% off and it worked. Boom!

Really nice store. Employees were friendly, it was clean even on a busy weekend and they have a lot of children's clothes, along with a big and tall section too.
