We had a great experience with Wendell's Garage. The windshield wipers on our truck had stopped working. We had to take it to the dealer for a recall so we asked them if the could look. The said we needed a new fuse box and a new motor for the wipers and it was going to cost $1,600! We told them no thank you. Called Wendell's which was Baureles, we took it in the next day and it was repaired the same day. He was honest and said the the fuse box was dirty, he cleaned it up and replaced the fuse and the wipers work! No where near what the dealer was going to charge us for things that didn't need replaced. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will use them for any problems we have in the future.

Amazing service since the first time I got my garage service from 2017.

This company is a quality business. They have worked with me over 7 months to repair our Roadtrek that lost the front wheel at 60mph on the I 70. Good fortune took us to Wendell’s. They have been excellent. The repair as you can imagine was extensive and they had to coordinate with insurance companies,
Suppliers and manufacturers of the body parts to complete the job. No delay was down to Wendell’s and we are so grateful that they stayed with us during a difficult time, as we live in New Zealand. Wendell’s did an excellent job of both mechanical and body repair, the paint work is a perfect match and perfect result.
The business, is obviously well run and the work shops are kept clean and immaculate.
My thanks to Dan and Jason and the mechanics and spray painters for a job well done.

I brought my vehicle is fully expecting an expensive repair based on another shops diagnosis. These guys took the time to go through the paperwork I was given and went through their own inspection and found nothing wrong. They had all the opportunity in the world to make some money off of me but showed me how honest they are. I will be back next time I need repairs. Thank you for the early Christmas present Wendell’s staff!

Great place for automotive work in Delaware Ohio. They work on my 2010 Mustang whenever I need service. Oil change and replaced brake pads and rotors. Alisha now services my car Excellent. Bauerle's also does outstanding body work. Jason Sipos has a top-notch facility.

Changed the spark plugs in attempt to resolve problems with starting.
I was very pleased with the service and especially impressed when told they would not replace things that were not needed and if I continued to have trouble being it back and they would resolve the problem.
Thank you I feel like I can drive it now with confidence I will get where I am going and home.

I am a college student from Michigan, so I don’t have a mechanic here and am on a budget. My car (which is 19 years old) broke down and Bauerle came recommended by a few locals so I brought my car to them. When I dropped off my car it was about 5 pm, and by 8 am today they called to let me know it was my starter, and my car was ready by 1 pm. I was so impressed by the speed with which they repaired my car, especially with no notice. I also appreciate Dan’s kindness and help. Bauerle definitely does good, honest work. I hope I don’t have any more car emergencies, but, if I do, I know where I’m going.

Referred by a friend that has taken her prized auto given to her by her late husband for years. She has been impressed by their service and spoke of prior owners commitment to customers so much so, that he would only let new owners use his company name if they were nothing but trustworthy and honest to a fault. I am from out of town and temporarily displaced here as a result of mothers stroke. I needed to have work done "like yesterday" needing to have vehicle for use. They completed inspection,promptly called with estimate and work done In a timely manner for my 22 year old truck. No complaints.

They were super nice, as always. I've taken my car to them for decades, dating back to their original location up near Radnor. (My husband went to high school with the original owner, Dave Bauerle.) They do great work, they're honest and don't gouge you. It's important to have an automotive business that you can trust.

Wait time was short I expected a longer wait. Also had an oil change.
Very efficient staff and seemed like honest folks working there. Happy with the work performed.

This place had two technicians look at my mini cooper. They are unaware of why my car is burning oil but they had the best customer service. They didn’t charge me anything even though they spent there time and energy inspecting my car and doing everything possible to find a solution. I was referred to this place and I was not disappointed!
