Nike Factory Store - Columbus

This goes to Christmas. There was a line that I did not have time to wait for but the Nike outlet is great with thousands of pairs of sneakers and lots of apparel.

Found what I needed for Xmas BUT I give this a 5 star because when I was in there with my daughter, I was having issues with my stroller and this wonderful associate came up and asked if I needed help! She was so kind to help me out, it truly made my day! I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves so much kindness in the world!

Cashier didn't cause any issues when the shirt I brought to register rang up a different price than what was marked on tag. Refreshing!

There was oddly a line to get in here? It moves quickly but the store wasn't that busy. That being said we did find some good prices on shoes and apparel

Nice selection, but the socks are 26$ for a 6 pack which is the same as anywhere else. Aren't outlets supposed to have slightly better deals? Sweatpants for $50, also not a very good deal.

First time there. I'm not a shopper, but it's 10x better than the mall. Way less expensive also, great selection

Make sure you have good money; you don't want to leave anything unpurchased.

Best Deal on Black friday, avoid friday going to saturday after 6pm...its only 10 people in store but best shoppong i have...free charging.

First time shopper at this Nike location.
I didn’t feel like the women’s shoe selection was comparable to the kids and men’s section but beyond that my experience was really pleasant. Every time an employee passed me they would stop and asked if I needed assistance or if I was doing OK. After previously being in other stores where employees were MIA or seemed miserable, this was a pleasant and welcome surprise.

Even though it's a little far for me to drive it's usually worth every time customer service is amazing

Very busy location. There is plenty of help for answering all questions and helping out with anything. Recommend getting there early when they open. The line was quite long after approximately 2 hours after opening, as they limit the number of shoppers.

I had the BEST customer service ever! Young lady named Kylie, she just started, made sure I got every discount I could possibly get. And I bought my dream Jordan 6's because of her!

Place was packed, but their associates were on it! Was able to get in and out rather quickly. The associate checking us out was nice and pleasant, even made small talk despite how busy they were! Great prices too

Another great Nike outlet stire with quality Nike wearables at amazing prices and selections. We were able to get several pairs of shoes for our picky kids for what was basically next to nothing compared to other retailers. While we did not need to grab any clothes while we were there, they had an enormous selection of clothing and athletic wear as well.

I bought 2 bookbags 2 outfits and a pair of shoes and I'm so happy with my purchase! The sports bookbags are awesome, great quality and lots of space. I highly recommend getting them here vs the Nike store at Polaris, it's much cheaper!

Very nice store. Stock is great and prices are good. My only complaint (which was small) was that the prices were a little confusing on what the final sale price is.

Went to tanger outlet. It was a great Nike store, but it was super crowded, and it wasn't even the weekend. They have a huge selection and nice clearance section as well.

They have a great selection with great prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is often very busy but they do a great job of keeping it clean while still helping customers. I highly recommend them!
