I had a piece of metal (shaped like a nail) plunged in my tire. My Husband called in to get my tire plugged. Thanks to Howard who was very helpful and very pleasant to work with he got me taken care of and sent me on my way. Thank you again NTB for your quickness and efficiency!

Sam greeted me and my son with a great smile nice personality knowledgeable of the product and was quick and efficient and Darius the tech he came to let us know how long the service was going to be he came to us with a great smile had a pleasant personality….. all the guys that work there was AWESOME definitely they all deserve a 5 stars rating for there great customer service and great personality.

I have been coming to this location for years and I can honestly say I have yet to have an unpleasant experience. Today Harold and Albert were lifesavers as my tire was nearly flat I was coming from work in a panic.. needless to say ntb in Ferguson came through as usual patched my tire I. A timely manner

3/18/24 i was having problems with my tire and I came back bc Sam treated me so well. I came back to see if he service me again but I heard he no longer works there, sad lost a good employee. The other new manger is cute and nice. But he keep calling me ma’am.

Visited ntb yesterday had a appointment, got there the staff was very nice, tires were not staff made it thier business to find out what was going on, even though I had to be there a very long time they got me situated an on my way. Thanks again. Smith G

Came in for an oil change and didn't have an appointment . I didn't have nowhere to be so I told Melvin at the counter I didn't mind waiting. He asked if I've been here before I told him yes my last oil change. He got me checked in pretty quick. I went to the waiting area made myself a cup of coffee, sat down and proceeded to read my daily devotionals. I had just finished and pulled my phone out to look up something when I heard ,Mr. Crane!! I Look towards the sound it's Melvin telling me I'm ready. I wish that I had paid more attention to the time that it took. All I can say is that I didn't have time to feel like I had been waiting. If that makes any sense at all. Thanks Melvin, and to the mechanics keep up the good work your services are appreciated.

The guy at the front today 9-29-23 was awesome. I apologize I forgot his name.. my anxiety kicked in over an appointment I waited 2 mo for. I thought I was going to miss it because of the delay. The tire technician at the front desk was excellent, very helpful and polite and he explained everything to me. All the workers were awesome.
