This Burger King is the most highway-accessible in the area, and is the best quick stop for food ±20 miles up/down the highway until you get downtown.

edit: My review respects that like NORMAL customers I eat my fast food when ordered live. Some reviewers report they order ahead online and then save it for after the drive home expecting it to still be in prime condition -- that's not how you do fast food. /end edit.

The buns aren't smashed down and the toppings are *distributed* (no pile of pickles or oversized onion rings: they're spread out! like you'd EXPECT them to be!)

Best $2 junior cheeseburger anywhere!! BK uses the larger 2oz jr burger patty for all of their small sandwiches! It actually covers the bun: no other chain matches: Period!

Yes: you might need to wait a minute during rush hour; but they always get my special order right. The drive thru cashier doesn't waste time trying to "upsell" promotions, which I like because if you don't know what you're ordering from a drive thru why are you there in the first place, right??

And unlike the BP gas station next door to the drive through, the food from this restaurant isn't greasy. Even the onion rings turn up well cooked! It really is my best suggestion for quick travel food for 20 miles up and down the highway.

Food be good. Sometimes it takes a while when I ask for fresh food but I'm fine with that. Service is nice when I come through drive thru

My Husband & I have been to this location twice before our Hikes @ Mentor Marsh & If you want to experience the BEST tasting Whoppers {that tastes like they did back in the 80's}, Fries, etc., Get FIVE STAR Service @ a Burger King & each time we've been there they're a few different faces & each time they've ALL had the BIGGEST & BRIGHTEST Smiles!!! The staff was very upbeat for an early Sunday morning & the play area is very nice for my 4 & 6 year old boys. It is so nice to have a place that they can run around at & not freeze in the winter.

Was craving Burger King so everything was good and fresh but had to wait close to 20 minutes in the drive through, which I understand probably under staff and the dining room was open so orders took longer. When staff came out to gave me my food was nice about it not and frustrated.

The staff is friendly & kind. The food was freshly made & didn't take long. The only thing I could ask for was more sauce on my whoopers & rodeo burgers but, other then that, I will definitely go back. Much better food & service the the Madison B.K.

We went inside mostly to play on the playground/area and were surprised how kind the employees were. One gentleman in particular went out of his way to give my son an extra Sonic toy and even held the door for us later. They had King crowns out for kiddos on all tables - anticipating the little ones even before they arrive! The playground area is nicely quardoned off from the other area to shield non-playground patrons from all the kid fun being had on the playground. The playground was dirty but that was expected as they're notorious for it. What was surprising was how they managed to make something both fun and safe at the same time. My son has special needs (doesn't walk independently) and yet he was OK to navigate the playground (mostly you crawl through it). Anyway the netting was fairly secure and not just for show. The structure was solid and there were no broken pieces that I saw (unlike his school playground). Afterwards we washed up in a nicer than expected bathroom. Anyway for us our visit was all about being a kid and the service and playground area nailed it!

I love Burger King. It is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. I'm really sad that this is one of the last locations in Lake County. The service at this location is always prompt and all of my interactions with the staff have been professional.

After 16 hrs of driving I delivered my load and was tired and hungry. At 11:30 pm I park my semi out on the road and walked to drive thru. Was served with a smile by a wonderful young lady and was told to be safe. I want to thank her and your entire restaurant for helping us all not go hungry. Thank you for the service you still continue to provide in times like these. Hopefully I can repay the kindness you showed me. God Bless!!!!

This burger king is the most clean. food is served fresh and not all dried out. The morning staff are great. Dont eat in painesville burger king while discipline in the workers is bad. And the store is simply gross. They seem not to care about how they present the food. Just a horrible location to eat BEWARE!!!

What is there to say about it 🤔 I am glad to know that burger King has been opened once again and the whopper is always the best of the best for me and my children

Cashiers are always really friendly. Have always had a pleasant experience. Food is overall really good, I'd give it an 8.5/9 out of 10. I really like that they have a playplace that's adequate for a wide range of ages and don't have to go out far for it.

Not a fast food fan but this is the best Burger King I've ever been too. Plus the employees are some of the nicest people I've ever meet. Store always clean and neat. I look forward to my next visit.

this Burger King is a very clean Burger King. Tara who took my order was very nice got it exactly right how I wanted it and even though the self-serve Drink Machine was out of my drink she went ahead and filled it up back by their area. They smiled or kind just general very nice I would go back to this Burger King without any hesitation.

Nice clean location with a huge indoor play area for the kiddos. Staff friendly and prompt.

Brooke and the staff are wonderful! Food is always good and fresh and customer service is excellent! Very glad to see this place succeed under new management!

We went for a late lunch at about 2pm. Was pretty empty. Good place for kids. They have a play area.

On this HOT OHIO DAY, a perfectly frozen drink sure hits the spit!
