The cashier didn't complain that I sat in my car doing scratch-offs for an hour. And I can't complain about winning $250 on a $10 ticket 🤑

This 7/11 is a very nice location! There employees are very kind and will help you with anything. And the location is very well kept up and clean! Keep it up 7/11!!!!

Fast and friendly service and they had what I wanted.

Awful customer service. Went in to put a few dollars in gas in the car. My card was declined (it happens, dealing with a job loss and thought I had more on the card). Anyway, I gave the clerk cash instead and he starts berating me asking me how I could possibly not know what I had left on my card.

Reasonably prices but don't expect much from the new owners. Rude, abrasive and judgemental.

This is definitely the worst 7-Eleven in Mentor, the staff here however Isn’t to blame since they were very kind and helpful to me, but it’s their manager who’s a complete jerk, the bathroom is completely disgusting that I decided to go use to restroom at the Burger King next door instead, not all 7-Eleven’s are around here and it’s unfortunate this one is near the Mentor highway exit, so it gives Mentor such a good first impression from highway visitors.
