Finish Line (located inside Macy's)

The Finish Line at Macy's provided an amazing service. They measured my feet and even offered extra options. I've never been to a shoe store that has such a friendly staff.

They don’t ship out shoes when they say they do. They take forever. They cancel orders without reason and now I’ve been on hold for 1.5 hours. They are a horrible company.

First and LAST time I go there. One of the girls working there was rude asf. (Tall, skinny with dark hair) I forgot to ask for her name. Stupid B why are you working if you’re going to be rude and not helpful!!! Also they were both in the back I was waiting in the front for a long time! I wish I could give this store 0 stars!
