I've always received great customer service at this location. I just have to say on November 16th(around 4pm) a young man went out of his way to help me and I did thank him many times. I really wish I knew his name. He's a tall thin young man with dark hair. He deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

My family and I visited the AE store yesterday and we were helped by one of their employees Ryan (Rian?). She went above and beyond to help my 11 year old daughter find a specific pair of shorts and did it all with a smile on her face and tons of awesome happy energy. She’s a shining example of someone who’s passionate about helping others and you can tell she takes her job seriously. Thanks for a great experience!

By far theeee BEST AE I've ever been to hands down! I travel for a living so I've been to quote a few across the USA. The customer service here is unreal and matched by none. From the second j walked through the door to the "Have a great rest of your day" from each employee as j walked out was tremendous! I applaud these fine young folks for still cherishing the customer experience and providing top notch customer service. I wish I lived near by so this was my home store. Got a great deal on scratch n sniff underwear!!

We had the best experience. It was the first time in the store for my son who wanted Jean's. The boy that waited on us was just helping and not employed. He was a boyfriend of one of the workers. He was amazing and helped us so much. We planned on buying one pair and came out with four. He is a top notch salesman and should be hired. The girls that helped in the dressing room were kind of snooty, but he made our experience great.

The return process was so easy in this store. I had ordered a pair of khakis for my son online and the fit just wasn’t his style. I went in hoping to exchange them but with the season change, the same color in a different cut were no longer available. The clerk was wonderful. She looked them up online to let me know what my exchange options were. I decided on a cut that they don’t carry in the store so they are being sent to our house free of charge. That kind of detail is what makes me return to stores again and again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff/location! They were beyond helpful, super friendly and kind! This location is not super close for me, but I will always go back! Truly the best customer service at any retail store I've been to!

Within the first 3 minutes of being there I had 4 employees ask me if I needed help. I had a whole heard of employees helping me find the correct bra, and one of the employees told me the best WiFi to connect to in order to use my reward. 10/10 recommend, and thanks again to everyone who helped me!!!

Very clean. Great shopping experience. Be sure to visit shopper services first thing & join their Tanger Club. Lots of rewards & coupons for all the stores.
