Bob Evans

First time visiting this place. Excellent breakfast. It was so flavored and delicious. We all enjoyed it. French toasts with caramel apple on top... a bomb!!

I love a few of the servers here who do a wonderful job. The morning manager has much improved his customer service since I first started frequenting this restaurant 10 years ago. Always check tour orders when doing a ToGo as everyone is human and is capable of making mistakes (even you). I used to serve for 16+ years, which makes me want to have great service and "on point" service at that. There are very few servers that I find who do an "on point" job, but the morning servers here get my 50%+ tip most visits.

Everything was great! The food is always good and so is the family atmosphere. My waitress Melissa was exceptional! She was very attentive of our needs, fast and Very pleasant with a wonderful smile. I always say customer service sets you apart from the rest, there is a lot of good food out there but its the way you are served that takes you to the top! Good job!

It is the way a restaurant like Bob Evans is supposed to be. The service and servers are kind helpful and friendly. They remember returning customers and treat them like friends and family.

My server Emily is always great! I love the Wildfire Chicken Salad! Very friendly all around!

Saturday morning regular for breakfast with my adult son. Brittany is a fantastic server and is assisted by all the other servers to be sure our coffee is always topped off and hot. This location is well run, the staff is friendly and the food is always the great quality you expect at the Bob Evans Chain.

We just moved into town. I've always avoided Bob Evans where we came from because I usually had a bad experience. This was the first time where I felt I wanted to come back! The food was delicious. The place was clean. The employees were kind and prompt. I'm happy to have moved where there are yummy food options like this Bob Evans

Placed an order around 1030am day before Christmas. Ordered roast beef family pack which included large side dishes and biscuits. Also ordered turkey package which included a bunch of large side dishes and biscuits and a pumpkin pie also came with it. Ordered a large Mac and cheese for additional cost. Instructed to pick up at 6pm. Cost around$140.00. After paying and picking up order we noticed some missing items. Spoke with the manager who was very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed after that.The food was fresh, tender,& delicious.I would definitely do this again and I am a very picky eater! This was more than enough food to feed 8people with meals for the next day. Great job!!! Lesh road Canton Ohio

The food is always great. The atmosphere is very homey like. Nice place to to go, relax and enjoy some good home cooking!

The experience at the restaurant was very pleasing. From the initial greeting to the food and service, all was very good.

The food was great, the service was ok. In our waitresses defense she was very busy! I miss the days when there were enough waitresses to cover the amount of people that needed served! But Bob Evans does do an awesome breakfast, so we will return!

Picked up several Uber Eats orders from here today and each time, I was greeted by a friendly voice.
The hostess was very polite and nice.

Each time I walked in, I saw chipper servers and saw the friendly interactions with whom I am assuming were regular customers.

Did not see any dirty tables,but saw a lot of employees working quickly to feed people.

Definitely the kind of atmosphere I come to expect from Bob Evans.Thinking about stopping there this weekend to take my family to eat soley off my observations today.

They remodelled the restaurant. It's very comfortable. Also, the food is delicious and the temperature is hot. The waitresses are attentive and kind. All of this on a Sunday morning when it was extremely busy and we had a large party of 6. I will be a frequent visitor of this establishment.

Despite having only one server when I came in for breakfast, she was incredible. Polite, fast, and treated you like she knew you all her life. The food was fast and delicious and she always topped off my coffee. Good Bob Evans experience :)

Amazing service. Amazing food. All their items are good but one. Dont order the meatloaf. Maybe it is just my taste though so keep the 5 stars. Love the atmosphere, the waitresses really were attentive to my kids and me. Love it every time I go.

Jillian our server went above and beyond to make our visit pleasant. The manager on duty asked how everything was as well. Good food for the $$. New refreshed waiting area gives the restautant a more open feeling. Great Job
