Friendly helpful staff. Easy to find location right off of 77S. 24 hr pharmacy and drive up window.

The people that work at this store during the over night shift are sooooooo helpful, professional and even cheerful! I have found myself there in the middle of the night due to everything from a puppy that ate rat poison and I needed hydrogen peroxide ASAP to get her to throw up to a boyfriend who “forgot” to deposit his paycheck. (Nice service that CVS offers for those of us who realize we have bills to pay in the morning as we are lying in bed trying to get SOME sleep before the alarm goes off at 5am.) I was rather frazzled each of the times I have gone into CVS during the night shift but the employees have always been very nice and patient with me … even though I’m typically half awake and barely know my name much less how to deposit cash at a store instead of a bank like i have for the past 40 years. This is a great example of amazing customer service and I hope that these individuals know that the effort that they make to put a smile on the faces of those of us wandering in at all hours of the night is very appreciated!! They definitely deserve to be recognized!

The pharmacists and cashiers are all friendly and helpful. I'm sure that other CVS stores may have different reviews, but the store in Canton has always been great to me, even though it's 2 cities away. 🙂

Just started using this pharmacy two months ago and have not been disappointed! In the last week I have went through the pharmacy drive and the gentleman was so nice and sweet. It's really his simple kindness that can make anyones day. So thank you for being you and...I can tell it comes naturally! 🖤

let me tell you about my cashier 2 nights in a row! This cashier was a burst of sunshine! Full of positive vibes, smiles and laughter! It was so nice and up lifting to see such a ray of sunshine in this crazy world we live in! I do not know this lady but because of her i will shop at this cvs more often! THANK YOU CHALESE! Your a wonderful person.

Chalese is super sweet, very energetic and positive. She absolutely made my trip there worth it and made my day. 100/10 recommend a promotion and raise with benefits. I wish there was an easier way to do a survey for her too.

Zeena was very kind and patient, making my prescription transfers as seamless as possible.

I would just like to give a shout out, I have been getting my prescriptions at this CVS for about 5 years, and everytime I go there to pick up my meds, there is a guy named Ralph that works the drive through window, and he is the nicest and kindest person I've ever dealt with, he just makes it an enjoyable and easy experience every time, and I would just like to say that man deserves a raise! Thank you Ralph for what you do!

I lost prescription coverage and called the store to have my Rx transfered due to cost. Xavier was working in the pharmacy and found mediscounts that lowered my cost significantly. He showed excellent customer service and did everything he could to help me! Needless to say I will not be transferring my Rx. Xavier is awesome !

Hands down some of the hardest working most friendly employees I have encountered in quite some time - from needing help over the phone the long lines all the girls have been friendly fast and efficient- and it’s Christmas Eve - you girls are awesome

The over night pharmacy guy is amazing, exellent customer service and his over all attitude is just great. I enjoy my trip to the pharmacy after work when my family's prescriptions are ready keep up the good work.

We go to CVS when we need to every month we love it there good prices of items.

I save a lot of money by watching the ads and using my coupons and extra bucks. Two weeks ago I saved 56%of my bill, at the store I always go to the staff has always treated me very good and they are friendly.

I truly appreciate and enjoy the pharmacy staff. They work so hard at taking very good care of the customers.
