I'm so happy I decided to buy locally! Through the process of purchasing, measuring and instillation I was in constant communication with the manager, sales rep and the installer. I had my entire home carpeted, it was a big job but they listened to my concerns and the outcome was spectacular. David and his instillation crew were so professional and highly skilled, I couldn't imagine working with anyone better.

We've found Callahan's Carpet One to be an excellent resource over the years. Superlative customer service, wide range of products, speedy delivery and installation. Their installers can help shift furniture from side to side in your rooms; a distinct bonus.

I must qualify this 5 star review by saying I'm a tough customer. I've had a lot of disappointing experiences with contracted work (including flooring) and I'm admittedly hard to please. I cannot recommend Callahan's highly enough. We hired them to install luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen and dining room areas. Callahan's was 100% professional from start to finish. Larry asked all the right questions to get us exactly what we wanted and needed for our specific situation. Great communication and the final bill came in under quote (!!!). Larry worked within our timeline and he was extremely assessable regarding questions throughout the process. In my experience, mistakes (and resulting disappoint) is mostly caused by lack of accurate communication between sales and installers. In the case of Callahan's, communication was seamless between Larry, his shop, and the installers. Everything went PERFECTLY. The best review I could ever give a company is that I will use them again! We have two flooring projects in our future, and Callahan's will be my go-to. Thank you, Larry - and please let your installers know - we had a great experience and we LOVE LOVE our new floors. We appreciate you!

Their friendly staff works with you and provides you different options to create the perfect floor for your property. The installers were neat and efficient and did a great job. If you need new flooring this is a good place to go.

Several years ago my husband and I hired Callahan's Carpet to install new hardwood in two rooms on our main floor. We were very happy with the work, so when we decided to do our 3 bedrooms, two landings and stairs, we again went with Callahan's. We love our new floors. They look amazing! And it was no easy task since our home is over 100 years old and our floors were not flat or level under the carpet and tile that had to be removed. It's been a remarkable transformation.

Both times we were pleased to work with Sandi and Phil. They are both very thoughtful and helpful. They really go above and beyond what we expected. For example, there was a spot where I'd dropped something years ago on the main floor hardwood and when I showed it to Phil, he took care of it minutes. Phil also had to stain the treads of our stairs to match the landing and he did an outstanding job! Sandi has made several trips to our house to ensure measurements and she is always very friendly and nice to have a chat with. They make the experience feel like working with friends. I would recommend Callahan's for anyone looking for quality hardwood as well as for the wonderful people they employ.

We are absolutely delighted with repair, sanding and refinishing that Phil did on our ¾” oak hardwood floors. The craftsmanship and professionalism of the whole project was out of this world. Phil helped us select the most beautiful stain and finish. We can’t thank you enough for restoring and floors, making them look better than they did before!

I re-did a stair runner with a piece from Callahan's. The stairs had a a bit of a tricky landing area to handle. Fred was very easy to work with on my order; the installation by Chris was perfection. Thank you!

I think this is the 3rd time I have purchased carpet from Callahan's. Jerry brought samples to my house after I emailed him a couple photos of my kitchen, and I found the perfect carpet from the samples. The man who installed it did a great job, and I'm totally thrilled with the results.

Late to share, but we purchased carpet from Callahan's 2.5 years ago. We were just moving to Ohio and wanted to get new carpet and refinish the wood floors between closing and move in. Larry worked hard to help make the timing work, including personally coming to remove the old carpet at night the day we took possession. Since then, we have replaced the carpet in five bedrooms, an office, and an overflow room in all cases the sales and install experience was great.

Larry and his staff were fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. The price was fair and upfront. The installation crew was great as well, they even vacuumed up all of the little carpet fibers!! If you need flooring I would highly recommend Callahan’s Carpet One.

We were new to Hudson and were introduced to Callahan's through our designer. The Callahan team did a fantastic job replacing the flooring throughout our entire house. The communication was superb and their installers were top notch all while dealing with a very difficult situation beyond their control.

Outstanding experience! Our finished basement flooded, and we needed to replace 1600 sq ft of flooring. We looked at the big box stores (have used them in the past) and decided to go with Callahan's, very glad we did. Great service & communication, broad selection and product knowledge, excellent installers, very good experience all around. They were able to source and install new flooring within 3 weeks in the middle of the pandemic & widespread supply chain issues. Mostly they Listened to what we wanted and went out of their way to accommodate specific priorities. Cost ended up being the same as the large retailers and service was so, so much better. Will never go back to Lowes/Home Depot, Callahans wins in every category - service, cost, quality.

Larry and the folks at Callahan's Carpet One were great to work with. They took the time to really explain the differences in their products and find the best fit to our needs and budget. In a time with many supply chain issues, they had a good turn around time and the installers he used were great as well. Friendly and helpful throughout the day they were at our house. The folks at Callahan's recently installed some wood floor to replace carpets that we had in three separate rooms. We have been thrilled with the results!

First, their workers were clean, on time, and very kind when dealing with our three young children. Then, when it came time to match the stain on the new wood floors with our existing wood floors, our technician worked hard to find the right shades to match each room with the areas closest to it, even though it meant different stains and techniques for all three rooms.

Callahan's pricing was competitive, though not the cheapest, but we believe they are definitely worth the added cost. We love our new floors, though now my wife tells me we have to buy area rugs. I don't understand anything.

I highly recommend Callahan's Carpet for hardwood and carpet flooring. Over the past year, we had new hardwood floors installed on the first floor and new carpet installed on the 2nd floor. Larry Callahan was knowledgeable and professional. He helped us determine what would fit best for our home and answered all of our questions along the way. We were very pleased with the selection, installation process, and quality of the flooring. We will return to Callahan's if/when we have any future flooring needs!

I would highly recommend Callahan's carpet one. Larry Callahan was a pleasure to work with. I just happened to stumble upon them while driving down 91 (actually going to a different carpet store.) Larry took the time to explain different carpets to me and asked me many questions to try and gage what would be the best fit for our home and lifestyle. The installers, Chris and (I cannot remember the other gentleman's name) did a phenomenal job. We are VERY happy with the color, service and installation. I told Chris that I am an extremely picky person (as said by others) and they did a great job! The carpet looks amazing! They were friendly,  showed up on time and were CLEAN! I wish we had found Callahan's a couple years ago when we put our harwood floors in.
