I bought an Aspen 880 last month and I absolutely love it. The people at the store are very friendly and helpful. We've been going in weekly for water testing which is so nice because they tell us exactly what we need each time. I had something I was concerned about and they sent a service rep to my house in under 2 days it was great. I would highly recommend this place if you're truly looking for quality instead of just another tub. Great job Anne and Jason thanks for your patience.

Outstanding customer service. Curbside delivery out to my vehicle, very courteous and knowledgeable staff. They stocked the obscure parts I needed and were cheaper than Amazon. We are lucky to have them in Hudson!

We just bought our first above ground pool and have been having a heck of a time learning about owning a pool. We stopped in here to find out how to get the right pool water chemistry (yes it's more than just chlorine, who knew?) We were greeted by a man, think his name was Jalen (sorry I can't remember). He told us about the free water testing and made a report for us with a recipe to get the pool water right. He was super patient and answered ALL of our questions thoroughly! WILL BE BACK

We’ve been working with Valley Pool since we bought our house in 2009 that had an existing pool that was neglected. They have always been extremely helpful with any questions and their service techs have always gone above and beyond. We bought a new liner after 2 years of fighting with the old original liner. Ann was extremely helpful in choosing a new one and explained the entire process and timeframe involved. They met all of their deadlines.

Not sure what happened with the people with the negative reviews but I’m willing to bet there is more to their story they are leaving out.

We have been going to Valley Pools and Spas of Hudson for years … it is where we purchased our pool and continue to purchase our pool chemicals. Whenever I have gone there I have received courteous and professional service. I would definitely recommend these guys for your pool needs (installation, chemicals, assistance, maintenance, etc.).

My husband and I just purchased a hot tub from Valley Pools and found the local, personalized service to be excellent. They price was very reasonable (not much more than used) and they delivered it within our scheduling needs. They offer free unlimited water testing and responded to any questions about our new tub by coming out and explaining or fixing any problems right away (the control didn't work for the second pump and they got a new part and fixed it within a few days).

The only area of improvement I could see is the orientation / training. We were told we would get training about using the new tub when the hot tub was delivered, but instead we just given a sheet of paper without much on site training. But later the guys came out and were very friendly and patiently answered our questions so I am giving the service an Excellent score.

I would definitely recommend Valley Pools -- esp. anyone new to the hot tub world. It is nice to have a small company nearby that is willing to answer questions and to know they will quickly respond if anything isn't working.

As a first time spa owner, I had lots of questions and a few mishaps, especially since I have a used spa, not a new one. Everyone at Valley has been very knowledgeable and helpful. When it's time for a new hot tub, I would definitely consider them.

We have used Valley Pools in Hudson for many years to do our openings and closings as well as chemicals. We are a condominium complex in Red Wing, Mn with an outdoor pool. They also fitted and installed a great cover for the winter months for us. They have always been extremely helpful when I call and show up on time when they are doing work here. Completely happy customer here and I will highly recommend them for commercial and residential pool work!

Valley Pool & Spas is such a great company to work with! They are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The Pool School class that they hold every spring was very helpful to us when we became new pool owners. We learned a lot there, but also being able to speak with staff on what will work for us and never being pressured!

I've bought two spas from Gayle at Valley Pool & Spas of Hudson. We've since move to Northern Wisconsin and while there are a number of Spa Shops between me and Valley Pools & Spas (now 220 miles away) I keep going back to them. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub & needed a standard retrofit part ASAP. The local venders didn't have it & further, didn't know what I was talking about! I called Valley Pool & Spas & after describing what I needed their service guy said, "Sure, we stock those, how many would you like"? I had it the next day. I'm up & running! Thanks once again!

I have had nothing but outstanding service from all of the staff at Valley Pools and Spa. Anne and Gayle are go out of their way to help me with problems or questions that I might have with my spa and pool.

I wish they were located in Stillwater, but I continue to make the drive because quality and trust are important to me.
