The UPS Store

People in the store are making minimum wage most likely... They have to deal with people that are in a rush and clueless about how to ship things. I've had some small issues but overall this location has been pretty good. I think most of the people are just mad because of a rush on Saturday or something like that.

At least 8 of us in line with our packages, more coming and going so quite busy. Very smooth and quick, with smiling customer service!

They tend to be very busy and I have often had to wait in line to get help with my packages. Staff are proficient and I haven't had any issues here.

I am not sure why a previous customer would lie about this store and any employee. This store and staff is professional, kind and efficient. They always exceed my expectations. Never had an issue and even if something would ever not go perfect, we all need to know nobody is perfect. I do know they would do everything they could to help.

Ignore the scathing email listed previously. Like many businesses, they have been on the front lines for us every day during this tough time and frankly should not have to put up with any customer who is out of line or be put in a bad position. Thank you all at UPS Hudson! Appreciate all you do! You rock!

I love this store!! I’ve done everything from faxing to shipping with them. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They even spiral bound my cookbooks (13 in total...so far) for me so they are easier to use...love them so much more now!! I’ve even taken them some ebooks that they printed for me and spiral bound them! Thanks for all your help...YOU GUYS ROCK!!

We live in California and after inheriting family heirloom photographs we were in need of a packaging and shipping service to our home. Many businesses that we contacted by phone could not help us because of the specialty packaging required. Then we were referred to The UPS Store in Hudson. We contacted them and have been very pleased with their courteous, friendly service. We received our package yesterday in perfect condition.

The employees are always really nice. I appreciate being able to drop my packages on the rollers and get in and out quickly.

Came in once while on vacation and had a wonderfully pleasant experience with Belle, she helped me choose the best priced shipping option when mailing ourselves things to our home in California. Would recommend this store to any Hudsonites or possible travelers looking to get their package shipped safely and reliably!

We printed our Save the Dates and items for our Invite Suite and they turned out perfect! Also saved us a lot of money :) They have so many paper options, print you free samples to ensure the product is what you want, and are super quick! We will be using them again!

Lori was great designing copies of a poster board for my son's celebration of life. She was so kind !!

I had scheduled an appointment for a business card redesign today, and after finding out that I was out of cards, they offered to make up a batch of 250 cards just to get me by. They had them ready by the time I was finished talking with the designer. Excellent customer service!

I had a great experience at this store recently, I needed several letters printed in color because I don't have a color printer at home. They had them ready for me same day, and the girl I talked with was really helpful. I appreciate it thank you!

Very busy when I went in, but lots of staff working, and they work fast so the line went quick. Employee that helped me got my package scanned in and gave me a receipt super quickly, and very friendly.

All I have to say is wow! The staff at this UPS location is amazing! Especially Carolyn Shumaker! I had a couple packages I needed to ship and she made it as easy and as quick as possible! Carolyn is da bomb dot com!

Lori in the design and printing portion of the business has been very helpful when I bring in contract agreements to her that need edits and changes. She pays attention to the details and asks good questions. Her proofs need very little changing. Thank you Lori.
