Best experience with a contractor, ever. We had a bit of work done, that we were not overly familiar with. Thom and his son were extremely helpful and patient through the process. They showed us what was wrong, rather than just telling us. We had questions, and they answered everything thoroughly honestly. They provided us options to make the best decisions possible for us. Their price was extremely fair. Highly recommend. They were really great!

I had one of those plumbing emergencies on a Sunday evening 9:30 p.m. when I called Thom he didn't hesitate to come out which was a relief. (due to the day/time) He quickly was able to diagnose the problem and explain what needed to be done to remedy the issue. Thom was genuine and honest which is refreshing when it comes to calling companies on a whim especially for emergency calls. Total cost was affordable. In a nut shell Sunday evening went from emergency plumbing chaos to all systems a go again!! Thank you Mr Thom we appreciate you!!

I called the Graff plumbing office line on a Sunday night at 9pm expecting to leave a message for the next day. To my surprise he picked up and said he was booked the next day but available to come fix my issue right then. Sure enough less than an hour later my issue was fixed. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering the late hour. Highly recommend Graff plumbing.

Tom Graff and his son masterfully replaced a damaged pipe in our upstairs bathroom. They were very courteous, fair priced, prompt and knowledgeable! Most importantly, they stand by their work! Thank you for an outstanding job!

Our drain backed up on Thanksgiving evening. I left a message and Tom Graf responded within a couple hours. We made an appointment for the following day and he quoted prices on the phone. On Friday, he and his help showed up on time and resolved our issue at the price quoted. Quality and professional service at very reasonable prices. Thom was willing to speak with our home warranty company on the phone before performing the garbage disposal replacement. I point this out because another plumber was not willing to. He came out after work hours to squeeze us in before he is booked up way in advance. He was super friendly and explained things in a kind manner. We will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Tom Graff for any of your plumbing needs. When we had Tom Graff out to replace our water heater in 2010, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. In Winter 2013 we had him come out to look at our leaking furnace. He came out the same day and offered to fix the problem himself, but also suggested that since we were having waterproofing done the following week, that the waterproofers could also solve the problem, which is what we ended up doing. That willingness to give up the work in favor of what was best for us saved us several hundred dollars and guaranteed that we will always call him first when faced with other plumbing concerns in the future.

Tom and his son were able to come the same day shortly after i called they took care of my main drain and got a lot of roots out. I highly recommend them!!!
