Burger King

Every time I come here I get friendly employees and fresh hot food, and that’s all I ask for. Wait times are always reasonable even if you have to pull up (it’s definitely worth it for the fresh fries). Service is always great as well, never had a bad experience at this location even after coming here for 7+ years. Gives off trashy vibes in the best way possible (it’s Akron, feels homey that way). Original chicken sandwich will always have my heart.

These people are always so polite and patient. The food is always good and I definitely enjoy dining there

So far out of all the Burger Kings I have been to besides the gentelma that ownes Arlington Store best store in Akron. The East Market was clean friendly and the food was hot and fresh.. the Veron Odem Blvd one across from churches has rude employees including Sarah And Sky.... they allow employees to cuss at customers for sandwiches mistakes when it was on my receipt for cheese and they kept arguing it was with no cheese recipe said otherwise here's their mens bathroom.. The East Market street location is a damn good store as well...

I go to the Burger King often now since it's only a block away from a medical clinic I visit often. It's the Burger King here off Market St Store #556. The employees that take my order are always nice. Theres this female employee I see all the time (didnt catch her name & she wasnt in today) but she always remembers me and greats me as soon as I come in. She has long dark hair & always works the front xounter when I come in Thursday mornings between 8-9am. Someone ahould know who im talking about! Today, the employee named NICK took my order today. He was very prompt, kind, and attentive to my needs. The food was quick, fresh, and is always hot🔥I like their hashbrown bites, the croissan'wich, and BK royal sandwich. Those are my favorites.. As for drinks: BK's frozen cherry drink is super refreshing and delicious 😋 as well as the Oreo Shake! Its the best flavor. For once I finally ended up dining in for the 1st time there and I noticed that the store as well as the booths I went to sit in happened to be pleasantly clean! I enjoy this BK store as well as the crew (the morning crew specifically since that's the time of day I always go.) I hope they can get some recognition and keep up the good work! Burger King seems to have coupons in the mail regularly plus there's the Royal Rewards program that I use everytime I order (unless I genuinely forget). There's usually always some deal I can find to use though and I appreciate that. Who doesn't like saving money, am I right? I've been going here more.often because rheyre also more affordable than McDonald's.. I shouldnt have to pay like $9-10 for 3-4 has browns. Thats just ridiculous. Though, at BK i can get a large hashbrown under $4 (except when there's a coupon on the BK app for $1.50 for any size hashbrown) and the large is equivalent to like 3 Mcdonalds hash browns. You cant beat that!! I always use their rewards program and their deals so with that it's more affordable than many other similar places like McDonald's, Rallys, Wendy's, Five Guys, etc. That's why I go to BK plus the quality ain't bad either. I haven't had a fail here so far when grabbing food for myself and family especially during the mornings. I usually go before noon and that crew is at least on top of it. I was weary at first because about a year ago when I used to Doordash it seemed like everytime I went there it took forever, they'd forget stuff like all the drinks and they'd be randomly closed or not taking orders middle of the day. I went back for the drinks for this poor old guy and no one answered the drive up so I literally went to Circle K across the street and bought this guy fountain drinks out of my own money cuz I felt bad making me waste time and money. They must've done some firing and hiring in between then because now I go regularly despite me being reluctant to go back and give them another try after expirences a little over a year ago. If that's always happened to you then I encourage you to go back and give them another shot. The current crew seems on top of it and hasn't disspointed or messed up since I started going regularly this summer! Thumbs up guys, keep up this good work! -Amethyst (Amy)

Didn't go inside.. Drive thru.Had to wait on the side..which seemed weird bc there was. no one behind me... But i just figured that's how they do it in the morning. The guy working there was probably the only guy there so kudos to him for keeping everything together. He was kind and apologized for the wait. 5 stars for him but f burger king.never again

My all time fav fast food joint mide u I don't get out my much let alone afford to eat out Any more at these price ...But yes flamed broiled no other way

Lydia the manager is wonderful. We came through the drive through 9/3/2020 and ordered whoppers with cheese and double cheeseburgers. None of the sandwiches had cheese. When we called the night manager did not rectify the poor service but when we called the next day Lydia was kind, understand and apologetic (we told her she didn’t have to apologize for her employee) she replaces our food and it was delicious. We appreciate her and think she deserves a raise!

All of the employees were really nice and went the extra mile to make my trip here awesome. I usually do not like fast food however I left here with a smile on my face thanks to the two nice people at the counter this afternoon. A smile and being friendly can really go a long way. Everyone smiled and was friendly except for the manager, so I guess you can't have everything right? :D

Please give Amanda a raise. I lost my receipt to leave a survey, but seriously, give her a raise. I work at a haunted house so I get off work at late hours and am usually ravenously hungry. Every time I go through the drive-thru when she is there, she's very courteous and prompt, and the food is always fresh. I told her she deserves a raise and she said she just likes to have happy customers return to the restaurant.
I've never really had a positive experience a burger king before, and this one seems to be particularly great.

Very friendly staff. Food is always hot and tastes great! And the store always looks nice.

I went with a good friend I have been blessed to know. He told me about the Tacos! They are awesome. They don't fall apart like the ones at Taco Bell. They are a bit small but 4 of them made me happy.:)

Love this location, it's the only one I go to. Donnie is my favorite, he knows my orders and always makes sure I'm taken care of. Lydia is great too, I miss Ryan.

I love Burger King fast food. I mostly get the whopper Jr. & small fries. Unless I'm really hungry, have the $$$, then I get the Whopper & lg. Fries. Amen!

I just stopped for lunch and the lady told me I was beautiful and gave my the freshest most amazing french fries. <3
