Walmart Supercenter

I bought some tires here 5 months ago. One blew out on me yesterday. I declined the roadside warranty, so my tire was not covered. As I just bought the tires and spent a good amount of money on them, I definitely was not very happy. The gentlemen working the desk were very understanding about my frustration, and were very pollite through all my venting. I really appreciate their patience and understanding, great job fellas.

Other then need to restock more often a good place to get what you need and get out as long as it's not hot hour and every one is there

We ordered a birthday cake for our son and it turned out amazing. Even with it being on chocolate icing the picture was perfect!!!

We ordered a 1st birthday cake for our grandson, and it was perfect! And the smash cake was adorable too!! The customer service from the bakery department was astounding, and they were all so attentive and helpful to our order that was placed over the phone and not even in person!! Highly recommend getting a cake from them for all occasions, and this is where we will be getting all our cakes from!

I live within 45 minutes of 5 Walmarts. This one being the farthest. Yet it's always the best service and has more variety. Sale prices are much lower here as well.

I had to get an electric scooter for my client, and they were out on the end I was at. One of the employees bringing in the shopping carts offered to find one for me. Thanks for being helpful.

Thank you for being one of VERY FEW to allow semi truck drivers to come park and go shopping. I just spent $500 in your store you would think Walmart would honor their semi drivers and stop towing us away and putting clearances and bumpers up to where we can't come shopping. I understand there is some bad apple truckers that makes messes but not all of us are like that. I work 7 days a week driving nationwide nonstop so I am always in my semi. I can't tell you how thankful I am you guys allowed me to come get food and supplies that I deliver to Walmart and other companies. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤🤍💙

I had an experience with your cashier Lori on Sunday that was outstanding. There was an elderly woman who needed a little extra help after having difficulty paying by card and was obviously frustrated and embarrassed; Lori walked her through an alternative form of payment and was incredibly gracious and patient. I was so impressed with her, especially given how busy the store was. Thanks for her!

Everything was stocked that I needed and store was clean. The cashier was very slow though.

Simple and easy to find my groceries and check out. Staff were attentive, friendly, and polite.

Today, the entire pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me get a prescription filled. I can't tell you how much I truly appreciate it.

It was no small feet that they accomplished. I will say I never once in all the phone calls I made to them in one day (it was four, I'm embarrassed to say), did I ever encounter anyone that made me feel like I was being a bother. They kept me on the phone, and made every attempt to get what I needed until it was fixed.

Thank you to everyone. And of course, let us all keep in mind, you get out what you put in. If you come in guns blazing, and you are rude, do you honestly think you will get amazing help? Think about it. Be polite to the staff.

On a side note, I like this Walmart. I do the pick up all the time and if I have an issue, like, "OMG, my green onions are totally limp! FiRe the staff!??!" Grow up. The app has a return function that I've never had an issue with. It works. Try it out. You'll see.

This store is always clean. I've been around the country. I've seen some Walmart stores. You have zero complaints walking into this store. Anyone saying otherwise has never been to "The Walmart on Glendale." Trust me, if you know, you know.

Had a huge bag of kitty litter. I needed help out with it. Two nice young men helped me. I was impressed with their kindness. I also was actually checked out by a person today. She was very nice also! I have not been impressed with Walmart for a very long time. These associates sure made up for all the bad experiences I have had at Walmart in the past six months. Wish I could remember their names. Thanks you three.

Love that Wal-Mart is up to date with all the technology I can pay with my phone at self check out. Then, the receipt goes directly to my Wal-Mart app. I'm not so great with all this technology, but Wal-Mart made it so easy and fast.

I saw a young woman named Chloe about four times helping two customers and deal with two of the drivable carts. She seemed so kind while helping and represented the Bryan Walmart staff very well today!!

Very clean and organized. Employees were very nice and courteous. Keep up the great work! The restroom are also clean and fresh.

We used their pickup service for the first time yesterday. We were made aware of a few substitutions they had to make and those worked out just fine. We were there maybe 15 minutes. I love that you can edit your order if you forget something. We will use this service again. Well done Walmart!

Everything was nicely displayed and organized. I didn't have very much that was a negative to me worker's where out and about getting there job's done very polite was asked a few times if I was finding everything okay did have to go far for help! The Bryan Walmart Supercenter employees are always friendly & helpful. Shelves are always nicely stocked and displayed. The store is clean and well organized. I often prefer to shop local, but do patron Walmart occasionally. Choosing to step in there day before Thanksgiving probably wasn't my brightest idea, but it was still a pleasant experience.

These guys are stretched thin and still working hard for us to have groceries! Some things might get messed up on grocery orders, the check out lines may be long at times due to staffing, but they are always there! I for one appreciate all that they do! So please keep in mind when shopping here, that there is a lot going on for us and the Walmart associates. Great walmart store and even better associates!
