Easy to contact when there's questions about the rental agreement or questions about the living space/grounds. They were also open to communicating over text which in my opinion is great. When I moved out, they were quick in responding to all the questions I had and sent over the termination agreement within 3 days after notifying them of my moving out. Used an online APP for all maintenance requests, always quick and easy with a quick turnaround time.

Victor Mejia was excellent at hearing my issue and having my broken light fixed immediately on the same day that I submitted a work request. Thank you so much for your politeness and efficiency.

We have been using KTB/Pure for over 10 years to manage several rental properties and they are great at their jobs. Kim is very responsive and helpful. I had a couple of very large projects recently to one of my properties and Kim was right there to assist with tenant communications and coordination of the work. They also are very transparent when it comes to repairing things in your home at the tenant's request (monthly invoice provided with cost of repairs). We have been renting from Bob at KTM property management for over 10 years and I have to say he and his team have always been very responsive and professional. The first house we lived in for almost 7 years and when the owner wanted to sell, Bob and KTM went out of their way to work with us and find us a new property to lease. They were pet friendly which is a huge bonus in my book. So many property management companies won't even talk to you if you have a dog. In both cases we got 100% of our deposit back, they don't nickel and dime you with items that are normal wear and tear. We only moved out because we purchased a new home, and when our closing got delayed month after month for 3 months Bob and Kim were completely understanding. I would highly recommend them!! They are amazing in my opinion!

No matter how big or small the help I need, Kim is very responsive. I know I can rely on her to provide the help I need. Always professional and friendly. She makes being a property owner less stressful.
