This place is great like all Honda dealerships I have been to. Great service, told me it would take around 3 hours and it took one hour. Ashley very helpful along with the staff who bring the cars back from service. They even had donuts and an awesome coffee machine, no old coffee from a stained pot that has been sitting there forever! Thanks Capital City Honda, you are the best!

I was looking for a used car for my daughter before heading off to college, after days of searching I found capital city Honda from an add for a used car they were selling. Both Bailey and Jonathan were absolutely awesome. Jonathan went the extra mile literally when I forgot my check and he followed me home 45 miles distance. Capital City Honda made purchasing my new Honda a breeze. They have a large inventory and did not engage in the usual back and forth many dealers subject you to. I went in to service my Honda Accord since my AC wasn’t working and was serviced by Ashley (service manager) . She had trouble getting my service warranty contract but was determined to get my car fixed ASAP. Ashley was very communicative throughout the whole process and was very nice even though she had trouble getting my warranty. She was able to get it sorted out in the end. Very pleased with my service here and Ashley was amazing!!

The only thing I would mention that wasn’t pleasant was the 30 min wait to get my car checked in to service even though I had an appointment but maybe they were busy.

Felix was really helpful and on top of everything. I entered the dealership and he let me test drive the car I wanted right away. They made sure I was taken care of in every way making sure I don't run into any problems.
