Everyone in this clinic was friendly, personable, caring, thorough and professional.
From the first time Andy answered the phone and scheduled me for the next morning, to the sweet young lady who did my intake. (I'm sorry I forgot your name) to Erin, the PA who spent a lot of time going over my extensive medical history in order to properly treat my respritory condition which I already wear oxygen for and my Dr.'s at home advised me not to come here because of.
I felt very good about the care I received so far from home.
The next day I called back to ask a few questions and Andy was very accommodating
once again. Making two
more calls to answer my questions.
Very good expierence.
Even when sick.
Update: was very pleased when Becky from the clinic called on Monday to check my progress. Above and beyond.

All the staff, nurses, and the doctor were super helpful and kind. Thankfully we were able to get an appointment the same day we called. We thought our grandson had severe altitude sickness, but he actually has mononucleosis.

The clinic staff (all women!!! YaY!) squeezed me in first thing in the morning on a day we were supposed to be sightseeing Yellowstone NP. They were kind, competent, listened to my worry and patched me up in no time. It felt like a small town doctors office, like where i grew up in the midwest, including the trip to Silvertip Pharmacy in town. Cannot say enough about how wonderful i was treated. Highly recommended!

Very competent services offered. The staff is understanding and friendly. The followup service I received on a Saturday (clinic closed, but contacted by phone) was perfect. I am very happy to have this clinic in this town.

Great place. I had a severe allergic reaction that would have ruined our vacation. The doc listened, asked good questions, wrote 2 prescriptions and I was back on my feet and breathing well within 24 hours.

On vacation and needed medical care. A+++ They were fantastic and very thorough!

The front office staff and doctors are great as far as I have experienced here. They get the gold stars. However, apparently LPNs are left not only to read results, but interpret them as well, which is clearly NOT under their scope of practice under the state board of nursing. To top it off, she was reading off a printed protocol sheet of paper explaining how to read the test. After my results were interpreted incorrectly, I objected, however was essentially sent away. I received a call from a STUDENT NURSE a few hours later apologizing and explaining that the LPN did not interpret the results correctly. What a joke.

Being the only medical facility in West Yellowstone this place really needs to allow walk in patients who need urgent care. My son was running temps and throwing up all night and I show up at 8 am. No patient is there yet but neither is a doctor or PA. The admin says they are appointment only and booking out for days. Maybe that's their policy but I am writing this review to highlight the need and it should be fairly simple to implement with existing infrastructure.

So I got a cold and went in for a doctor's note to excuse me for a job. Turns out I had covid. The test alone cost 68$ ( I don't have insurance given I just moved here ) then it took me almost 2 or 3 days to even see a doctor for a note to excuse me for work. I was waitstaff at a job in town and couldn't present myself to customers sneezing and coughing. So when I finally saw a doctor it took less than 15 minutes to explain I just needed a note saying I have covid and I needed a few days to quarantine as they say and later to discover I owed 326$ for 15 minutes of someone time and a note. That is ridiculous. 326$ for a doctor's note and 15 minutes of his time. SMH.

Went into anaphylaxis while staying in west Yellowstone and had to find a clinic fast. My husband rushed me there and called the number because they keep the doors locked and require you to call before they allow you in, they told us they could only see me if I had an appointment and they were booked until Monday. It was a Friday. I had to be rushed to a hospital an hour away. The doctors at the ER couldn’t believe I’d made without going into anaphylactic shock. I could have died. Horrible, dangerous policies. They should be reported.

Showed up at 8am not one patient was there yet. I explained that I had been up since 5am in pain with possibly IC. The front desk girl told me that they were completely full and even though it appears online like a walk in clinic that they are not. I asked If I can just stay and wait to see if there are any no shows and she tells me there’s already a long list of people that she would have to call before me. She then adds that also their computer system is down and that it has been very difficult. She then directs me to other places far away that are also by appointment only. I ask where the nearest ER is and it’s 45 miles away. I have insurance and all I needed was to pee in a cup and be given some antibiotics. This place is a joke and obviously doesn’t care about patients.

They are listed as an URGENT care online but they are not! They had no one in the entire place but still would not see us without an appointment, which was four days out. They are aware of how its listed online, she said, " yes, its deceiving". it's more than just deceiving...it specifically states it is an urgent care for immediate service.
So if you're ill don't bother going here! They will not help you.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My daughter cut her knee open and needed some stitches. We called and called several times, but no answer. We finally drove in and got here 10 minutes before their website said they closed, the place was locked up with no one there. I really feel for the people who live there and those who need some medical help while visiting.

Called them from Billings, Montana to find out if they provided certain services which they said they did so drove to West Yellowstone instead of continuing to search for a facility. Got there only to be informed that they lied!!! Didn't even bother to call me even though they had my phone number. I guess they were just trying to get money from me. Very dishonest facility...I highly recommend you stay clear of this place!!!!!
