Pines Inn & Suites

We're staying in Scottsdale for vacation and wanted to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona- we opted to stay here one night instead of driving back the same day. It was amazing! So friendly at checkin and checkout. The room was so clean and she made sure we had everything we needed. The rate here to stay was also so reasonable! Thank you!

Pines Inn & Suites is what every customer hopes a 5 star experience will be for the price and value. A top caring and excellent staff. Clean, great parking, EV charger, just book it you wont be disappointed. I am a many times repeat customer. Recommended

First time staying and it was great! Affordable prices especially with kids it can be pricey lol. Units are clean and well prepped the AC/Heating unit is awesome! Some can take forever to heat up or cool down. All in all!! I’d stay here again🙏💯

Extremely clean and very affordable. A lot of the other hotels/motels in the area have roaches and other pest issues per their reviews, but this one had no such issues.

I'm glad I found this little gem of a place! We needed a place to stay near Sedona for two nights on short notice and couldn't find anywhere that is dog friendly. I wasn't expecting much because it's a 2 star place, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and inviting the room was. We will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Spent two nights with husband and doggy in a mini-suite. Could not have been a better stay. This family-owned property is full of pride in every detail. Loved the saltwater blue-tiled pool. Immaculately clean pool and clean room! Enjoyed Sedona and Jerome from here. We will be back. Thank you Martha and Cory.

I love it, excellent customer service, comfortable suite, very clean and very pretty, it is definitely my favorite place.

We stayed one night April 2023. Didn't know what to expect. We stayed based on all the positive reviews. We were not let down. Everything was perfect. Clean. Bed was comfy. Free ice. Even filtered water at the water fountain in the office. So many thoughtful touches were noticed by us. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. I didn't want to leave. Thank you for making it so nice!

We sought refuge here when the air conditioning at the Air B&B we rented turned out to be insufficient. From now on we'll just book our stay here. Thanks for saving our vacation!

We loved our stay! We got there as soon as the office was about to close because our rental car broke down and they were super understanding and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly. The water pressure is excellent and the bed was comfy. Such a good location as well and the price is good. Definitely recommend staying here!

I'm writing this while sitting in the living room of the suite because this place, and Martha, is incredible! We needed to get in before 3 to change and get to a wedding, Martha called to let us know that they could accommodate that request. The apartment has a private courtyard, a patio, plenty of space for our teens to spread out and have privacy from the grown ups. We were able to host my family extended family for a very comfortable gathering to chat and catch up after the wedding dance. It was nice to leave an air conditioned place in the afternoon and return to the warmth of a preset thermostat. If we ever get back this way, we'll definitely stay again!

Driving around looking for a hotel we found this place and loved it. CLEAN, CLEAN… outstanding service, the front desk lady helped us to find good places to visit during our stay in Cottonwood. The prices absolutely affordable, definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality…

We loved staying here briefly while visiting Jerome, we had the best room ever, it was super quiet and very chill. We want the same room again, we loved the room away from everything. We were close to food and gas, and not too close to hear traffic it was a very nice area off the main drag. Very clean and had everything even a refrigerator for our waters. The bed was super comfortable. And the AC works great!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Friendly staff, reasonably priced,very clean, handy location with many stores and restaurants nearby. Not far from Old Town Cottonwood.

We absolutely love this place! We stayed here four nights in a room with a kitchenette. it is off the main road and so quiet. Even when they were at full capacity. They have a saltwater pool and barbecue grills available for use. The rooms were very clean with the exception of the carpet.

Exceptional quality for the money. Great selection of room types for any kind of stay, clean and nicely appointed. Can't beat the location for in town amenities or excursions in and around this beautiful area of Arizona. The staff was friendly and professional. Even though it is in one of the busier parts of Cottonwood, the property is set back enough off the main drag to feel cozy and issurprisingly quiet.

Had a very nice, comfortable stay here. Our room was clean and cozy. Comfy bed, well kept grounds, and we were provided everything we needed for our stay.

Very, very nice! Room is spacious with a kitchen including full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, everything you need in a kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Place is quiet and very clean with attention paid to the details. Could tell the place is taken care of. Pool was fantastic, well maintained with clean clear water. Easy location. The young lady at the reception desk was super sweet and friendly. Laundry room was clean and kept up. Will be back in the future.

We cannot say enough great things about Pines Inn & Suites! My mom is handicapped so they put us in the handicapped room and it was marvelous! It is obvious that there is a woman's touch here! There are a couple of swings in the parking lot, bird feeders, and a couple of electric car charging stations. The only electric car charging stations we saw on our entire vacation. The Pines is located about twenty minutes from Sedona. We loved it as Sedona is very busy with lots of traffic and pedestrians. There are laundry facilities available, and they have quarters in the office.
$2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry.
There is a beautiful fountain outside the pool area, which adds to the ambiance if you decide to swim.
Randall's restaurant across the street is a delicious ma and pa type of place; closes at 2pm.
