Always a great experience here, staff is always helpful and friendly. I am from Springs and I always stop here for items before I go to my sisters. Thank you everyone who works there! Keep up the Good Works!

Whenever I shop at this City Market, I am greeted by multiple employees. They always ask if I need help. They are super friendly.

The staff make this smaller grocery store, shine!

The produce is always very fresh and they have great selection. They have many organic choices. They offer many local items.

This is a great store and really worth a stop.

They, also carry my favorite local donuts. Get the ones from the case, not the pre-packaged ones. The are truly awesome!

Their floral department is wonderful!

They have a pharmacy.

There is a surprisingly large selection and many services. This City Market offers pick-up. You can place your order with their app, then park in the designated area. If you don’t want to go to the store, they offer delivery, for a fee. Insta-cart does the delivery.

I didn't really have anything in mind when I went. I knew I was hungry and didn't want to break the bank. I spent about 10 bucks for some soup, snacks and a drink. A full meal and then some for 10 bucks. Can't beat it. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

My Family and I flew out to Hayden and Got to travel around SteamBoat a bit for the Holidays, really gotta say I love this Town!! Beautiful views Snowboarding was a blast and we actually like had a pretty Cool Experince with a Associate in your Deli Dept, i wanna say her name was Kayleen but OMG she blew my parents away with her Love and Knowledge of the CHEESE you guys sell! Lol it was funny cuz you can really tell she knows her stuff! Anyways we bought alot haha and took her advice on this charcuterie combo of meats and cheeses and my parents wanted to Thank her but were already back Home in Cali! Kayleen wherever you are your cheese was A Hit!! Our Shin dig was a winner for it lol ♡ Thank you and open up your cheese shop girl!

Lots of good produce. I like the deli selections. I can find all but a couple of the items on my list. Store employees are pleasant and helpful. And I do like fuel points!

My family has been going to this city market since before I was born, it's a reliable place. Smaller than a King Soopers you'd find in the springs with a somewhat smaller selection, but they still have all the staples you'll need for most days.

Even though I do the online/in app surveys I still felt the need to send a personal message about how amazing this store is! Pros: The store is ALWAYS spotless and organized! The store has lots of product and selection- even for it being on the "smaller" end of a grocery store! The store has clearly marked labels for sales/discounts The store has VERY friendly, professional, and hard-working employees! Every single section I go in- I am greeted by an employee and asked if I need help. It doesn't matter what time of day or what day...this happens! Fantastic customer service!!! The store has a great pickup program! The store has a beautiful produce, fresh meat, and seafood section Cons: The parking lot is a mess- needs to be repaved/remarked. Who do I want to recognize?! Dee....she works so hard in customer service! She is truly the glue that holds that front area together! This is my absolute "go-to" place when I have to run in and grab a few items. It is small so you don't have to search hard to find what you need, yet they still have a great selection. The employees in the produce section are always friendly and greet you. The prices are fantastic! And they have great mark-down's on produce and meat throughout the week.

Update March '22

This store really does exemplify quality customer service and has an amazing small town feel. The moment you walk in, employees are greeting you and they are also kind to each other. I saw one employee thank her manager for helping offload a truck, I saw another employee tell another manager it was a customer's 90th birthday and that manager went over to greet that customer and give her well wishes, and at checkout the cashier and bagger were so friendly and engaging, did not give me a "hard time" with the fact I was using rain checks and were very quick, efficient, and professional! Cannot say enough positive things about this store!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this store, the employees, the layout, the product availability, the cleanliness. It is definitely my "go to" place!

And another great shopping experience today. I love their clearance and meat sales! Today....a dozen eggs for 2.99!!!! And they don't expire tomorrow. Great local store!

Customer service is amazing. They take you to the item!! Who does that anymore? This place! Very clean, many sales and great prices. If you want to find help easily, be greeted by employees and have an amazing experience this is your store!!

The people who work here are very helpful and polite. I always seem to find what I am looking for.

It's the local King Soopers, in the hills, we call it City Market. The produce here is much better than other grocery stores, fresh and pretty. The store itself is smaller than the ones in the city so variety is limited.

As other reviewers have noted, this Kroger store shines for such a small location. The staff is really what makes it special. I see many familiar friendly faces every time I shop and this makes me feel that I am doing business at a place which tries to attract and retain good employees. General manager Michelle and the pharmacy staff have been exceptionally kind and professional over the years I've shopped here. The selection is really quite good for the zip code (we're out here where the deer and the antelope play) with many organic choices and a great produce section in particular. It's also a good place for a last-minute gift as they always have seasonal and sometimes local offerings ready to go at the front doors.
The only problem I've ever had is shoppers being allowed to bring pets in, which I don't like b/c I am afraid of dogs. I understand people need their service animals but in food prep and service areas the rules need to be strictly enforced.

We are from out of town and stopped by City Market to get Kroger's great service. The gas point are a bonus!

Found everything I needed. The store was small but good place to shop.

We make the City Market our primary place for groceries. I much prefer it to the larger box stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located. It is rare for me to have an item on my list that I cannot find. We are not exotic eaters. Produce is fresh. Meats are tasty and we create our menus based on the specials we find there. I highly recommend this local store!

Like the staff. Can always find a good deal. Especially like the dairy at City Mkt.

I have always shopped at the Kroger family of stores and this City Market definitely lives up to expectations. That said there are some caveats. This is not what I would consider a full service store. You won’t find a friendly butcher waiting to slice that ribeye or coffee shop inside. The staff is friendly and those who have been there awhile are quite knowledgeable and will gladly offer opinions and suggestions. The check out times are usually quick with friendly conversation and always willing to wait while you run to get that one thing you forgot. I would definitely rate this City Market as the most convenient grocery store in the area.
