Mayflower Chinese Restaurant

Upon moving to Teller County I was told THE best Chinese food was another restaurant- and I have eaten there multiple times.....always disappointed. So, I thought I am going to try Mayflower. Boy, am I glad I did!!!!

The parking lot is an easy in and out, the prices are comparable to prices/inflation nowadays, the food is SOOOO much better than other Chinese in the County, and the worker there was very nice! She apologized for pickup taking so long, but to be fair she was the only server, person answering the phone and getting to-go orders ready, and taking care of the register. This woman was going non-stop! So, I was not upset. The egg rolls, spring rolls, and wonton soup....delicious! Definitely will come back here again!

Hands down the BEST General Tso's Chicken I've eaten in quite a while. Spicy and I mean, if your from the North, you probably won't like it, spicy. Crispy bites. Fried in the sauce. Pepper flakes everywhere. My only negative was I wish there was more sauce in which to roll my chicken around. Mongolian beef was also on point. Never mind the name on the sign. This is GOOD Asian food. Big portions. Photo is after dinner.

The first time we went here it was very traditional to the point of getting a warm towel to clean your hands and face before the meal. The food has always been good, we change dishes every time to enjoy the full menu.
After the renovation, the layout and decor really work. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

My go-to spot for takeout in woodland park. Their lunch special is excellent and the best deal in town. Nothing better after a day on the mountain than good fried rice. Family owned is always important to me as well. Great service when you eat in and quick takeout times

Everyone LOVED the food. We tried the egg rolls, orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, triple schezuan, combo fried rice and cashew chicken. All of the food was DELICIOUS!! The portions are generous too. Hands down I recommend.

Love this place. The foods as good as it gets. Only issue is short staffed for dinning in but if you have the time to sit and converse while waiting on your food? It's worth the wait. Nice pleasant atmosphere!

Long time visitor, first visit to May Flower. No buffet, everything is made fresh. We ordered takeout. Very good food, very fast, and honestly, too cheap. They should charge more. Very fairly priced. Give them a try!

I got my favorite dish, and it was sooo good! Great prices, friendly staff.

The sesame shrimp was pretty tasty. I usually try a different meal every time. Its on the main drag heading west into town and worth stopping for. Stop on by, ya gotta eat!

Food is tasty! Lunch is $ 9.45. You have your main dish, soup, 1 egg roll, fried wonton,with its sauce,and a cookie. I don't remember if the drink was included.

If you are a vegetarian this dish is highly recommended. Absolutely loved it.

We were visiting from out of state and we went here our first night in CO! I still think about this place!! Food was great and the lady who works here was so nice to us. 10/10

They have really stepped up and done so much better with customer service. The hot and sour soup is amazing and the food is one of the few really great things to eat in Woodland Park. Luncheons are generous and very fairly priced. Definitely try them out.

Delicious!! Absolutely delicious! The food was all fresh and hot. We will be back the next time we're in the area.

Stopped in (never been before) had their lunch special. We chose sweet and sour chicken and chicken with broccoli. The egg drop soup that the special came with was probably the best I've ever had (so flavorful!) The food came out HOT and wow everything was phenomenal. The environment was peaceful and the waitress was very attentive but not overly engaging. If you are thinking of trying this restaurant we definitely recommend!

Honestly, this place looked sketchy from the outside, and I was nervous to get food from here. Upon walking in, there was currently nobody else in the restaurant.

We were greeted by the proprietor and her cute daughter, who wanted to see pictures of puppies on our phones (so adorable).

We decided to order "Dinner A" which was a meal plan where you got to choose some options for a set cost per person.

I am not exaggerating when I say that this was honestly some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. If you're in the Colorado Springs area, it's worth the drive to Woodland Park to grab some grub.

Great food. Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience or food that wasn't delicious. Good prices and big servings.
