I found Dr. Arthur do be very good at answering questions, listening to my concerns, went over all my tests, very knowledgeable. I found him to be everything I like in a doctor. I just hope this is the last time I have to find a new doctor. I can’t even count the number of health care providers I’ve had since I moved the Verde Valley in 2004.

Dr. Arthur is an amazing doctor! He is very helpful and knowledgeable and he’s great with my kids! His clinic’s team is excellent as well! The ladies at the front desk are courteous and helpful and Summer, his medical assistant, is great at listening to my health concerns and does a great job at helping Dr. Arthur address them.

I genuinely trust Dr. Arthur with my life; my entire family sees him (so I mean that). He’s the most thorough doctor I’ve ever witnessed and he always treats us like his own family. We feel really fortunate to have a doctor like him in the Verde Valley!

I think Dr Arthur is a very caring Dr. Very thorough. His staff and nurses made me feel comfortable. I didnt have to wait very long on my visits. I feel fortunate in having a Dr and staff I can trust. Thanks to Dr Arthur and the nurses

Just took my newborn to see Arthur and the whole experience was wonderful! The doc and his staff made us feel comfortable and took good care of my son. Thank you!

Took my newborn son here for his circumcision with Dr. Arthur today and this doctor was cutting for 35 minutes!!! My son screamed until he passed out!! He passed out!!! We are filing a complaint also, from start to finish it took 55 minutes, my husband said he has never experienced anything more painful than watching this Dr work. But he already started when we figured something was wrong! As a mother I'm heartbroken my son is still crying in his sleep an hour later. Please don’t take your babies to this doctor! Stay far far away!!!

Dr Arthur is a very competent doctor, but his staff is lacking professional courtesy. We have tried for two weeks to get in touch with the office for an authorization for my wife's prescription . We have been calling his office and have never been able to talk to a live person that could help.We have left several messages for them to please call us back and they haven't responded. Finally I called the insurance company and they will try to contact him and get the authorization. CVS has sent several requests to his office and they haven't gotten any results either. Since we have been at this for two weeks, she has run out of her medicine.
