Verde Valley Medical Center Retail Pharmacy

Admitted for 4 days with a bad leg infection. Excellent nursing and PCT staff. Super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The doctor was great and his diagnosis was spot on. The cleaning staff and the cafeteria were even great. I have ZERO complaints. I was in a lot of pain with this and they took care of me. Excellent care!

I have a genetic heart and carotid artery condition. I’m in Rimrock, my cardiologist is at vvmc, had to go to emergency once, make nitroglycerin several different times already have a heart stent in the widowmaker that was at a 98% blockage! They keep cancelling and rescheduling appointments up to a year later. My next step is to contact an attorney or the medical review board and file a formal complaint. I might not make it to see any lawsuit but you’d better believe my children will be around in my place IM ONLY 62 with a genetic condition my dad if 86 has had several quintuple bypass surgeries and in his carotid artery. Northern Arizona Healthcare appears to change appts from a stat referral and make my appt 3 months later. I can’t even talk to an administrator. Now telling me to find another heal care facility because they are short staffed. I call it’s Friday and 4pm and they are CLOSED? Stay as far away fROM NAH AND VVMC AS POSSIBLE. People are going to start dying and all they can say is we have no staff, employees are allowed vacations

This is the worst hospital in the state of Arizona. Try to avoid this place at all costs or it could cost you your life. It is better for you to take an ambulance ride to Flagstaff since that is where they will transfer you anyways. .
