I love the selection of quality furniture at discounted prices. I also appreciate being able to customize (color, fabric, etc) of certain pieces like couches. John and Jason are helpful sales associates. The biggest selling point for me is the furniture delivery team. Frank, Oscar, Shawn, and Steven are highly professional, courteous, and careful in delivering furniture within tight time frames. I highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Went into the store looking for a recliner and ended up getting a reclining love seat. Jeff was the salesman who helped my wife and I. I can not say enough good about how he treated and helped us out. I will definitely be going back to purchase furniture in the future from them.

Though it's been awhile since I've made a purchase from Home Furnishings Direct, I give it 5 stars.
We've made 3 separate purchases, couch and chairs, a special chair for my handicapped son where we saved over $1000 and then end tables and coffee table. All were on sale, customer service was outstanding.

Wanted to share my latest experience with our local furniture store.

In September 2021 we bought a SoCozy couch from them with two of the 3 chair sections having recliner/ massage/ heat etc. It had a one year warranty.

Within a few months a remote on one of the chair sections failed. They ordered us a new remote under warranty.

A few months later that remote partially failed - but it still reclined so we just lived with it for a while.

Fast forward to November 2022 - the remote completely quit working and now the warranty was over. And very unfortunately for us, the recliner was stuck in the 'out' position.

I called the store and explained the story and what was happening along with a request to replace the control unit since it was having ongoing remote control issues. They said yes it was out of warranty but they'll do anything they can to help.

They called me back very quickly and said parts were on their way. A few weeks later we got the remote and the controller unit. Unfortunately the recliner portion still didn't work even though the rest of it did. So another call over to Home Furnishings Direct.

Again they came through for us with parts on the way.

Yesterday they replaced the recliner mechanism for us and it worked! Now our couch is 100 percent again (first time in months! ).

To be honest I did not expect a fix for no charge on this because it was out of warranty. But they did fix it for us for only a signature.

So a serious kudos and THANK YOU to the people at HFD for their professionalism, speed of service, and complete willingness to take care of our issue especiallywhen it was no longer under warranty.

You guys are amazing and we will be back for as long as you keep giving us this type of service. Thank you!!

Worked with one of the nicest sales staff named Jeff who patiently helped when I changed my order a million times. He I is awesome!

John was easy to work with. Gave us space to really look and was available when we needed help.

Looking for a new bed can be a challenge in our area as we are limited to only a few stores and stock always tends to be lean. I called and spoke with John to get a range of prices and was surprised by not only how affordable they were but that they had many options in stock to choose from. Working with John was easy once at the showroom. He was friendly, knowledgeable about his products and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Definitely not our last purchase from here!

Love, love, love, Home Furnishings Direct! We have bought items over the last 5+ years. Including a dinning room table, front room couch set, and just recently a bedroom set, receiving it the next day. Everyone is friendly, helpful and accommodating to what we need. Prices are good. Delivery crew was professional and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. No need to look elsewhere, this is the place to go!

Shop local. Support local. Always has been our motto as much as possible of course. The staff here at Home Furnishings Direct were helpful, very kind, and knowledgeable of all we were in need of. Jason went above and beyond to make our experience easy going. Dannen the store manager was extremely helpful as well when we were in need of particular items. Highly recommend this local business when it comes to many of your home furnishings. Yes, we can all go to Amazon but what’s better than actually walking a well kept, professional, and inviting showroom! Have already gone back for other items and they used the same great care as the first time.

We bought our entire living room set here about a year ago. The sales guy was really nice, had great suggestions and was able to give us a bit of a discount on a floor model of one piece. We left there feel like we got a good deal on quality furniture. Everyone who comes to our house comments on how nice the set is. Delivery was schedule for a week or so out and was on time! Our experience here was top notch.

Our salesman, Doug, is always very nice & helpful, we bought our mattress from him so when it was time to furnish our new rental property we went right back to him and he helped us coordinate everything. The service here was awesome from when we made our purchase to when it was delivered. And it was only $39 for delivery of a whole house of furniture. Awesome. Would recommend these guys anytime.

I had previously posted a review that i need to correct publicly. I experienced a problem with a power chair however Denny contacted me, immediately sent a replacement power chair until issues could be resolved with the one I purchased. I appreciate him taking the time to not only hear but resolve the problem. My parent now has a functioning chair that is comfortable until the other one can be repaired. This kind of customer service is what keeps all of us going back to our hometown store. The warehouse managers who took time out of their schedule to deliver this and set it up , thank you to Frank and Andrew. Again a big thank you to Denny for listening, understanding and resolving this issue

We have been buying furniture from Home Furnishings Direct for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. Quality furniture and fair prices. Delivery and setup are reasonable too. So shop around but make sure you check out this local gem. You won't regret it!

The salesperson (Mary Vocca) was excellent in helping my wife and I choose our new bedroom furniture. She found us exactly what was important to both of us.
They were very accommodating as far as delivery schedule also. We are in the middle of remodeling our house & they scheduled delivery the same day, but later in the day, of my master bedroom carpet installation.
The delivery crew was also excellent. They were prompt and helped set up our bedroom. The two guys were clean and respectful.
Overall, our experience was really great.
