Wendy's

Employees and management were very friendly. I had to return a burger that was a little pink. They were very nice about it and offered me new fries or a frostie. It's nice to see friendly customer service.

Friendly staff, food was good & for the first time going to different locations, my burger didn't look messy & like someone sat on it. Overall good experience, will return to this location.

My favorite Wendy's Location. Always fast and friendly service. Always clean inside and out. Ample parking for all size vehicles. Conveniently located off Highway 55 and Lindbergh Boulevard. Next Door to Mattress Firm and JCPenney Home Store. I usually get the same thing, Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal, AKA #6.

The food was good. The service kind of atmosphere not so much.

This is the best Wendy’s in the country. If you never et here , it’s worth flying inn. The manager and staff always greet you with a smile .

I forgot how good Wendy’s was. I highly recommend going back to Wendy’s if you haven’t been there in a while.

It was such a pleasure to visit this Wendy's. It was very clean and tidy all of the employees were just the sweetest and kindest people. And you have such cheap prices my grandkids love the $5 bags means the big ones can get two bags LOL thank you for providing dinner on Friday night for my husband and I and our three grandchildren. It was delicious everything about the whole restaurant was just a pleasure. Thank you to whoever runs that store it was so good that I brought the grandkids back on Saturday. And the employees on Saturday day was his excellent as the ones on Friday night you have yourself one heck of a crew at that store. And yes I will rate you five stars for everything because that's just how great it was

I ordered the new Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger combo made it a double it was really good especially for a fast food burger. The service was great too.

It has been a while since I have had a good experience at Wendy's, but I visited one on S. Lindbergh in St Louis and let me tell you. Everything was fantastic! The burgers were well made and the fries were hot and crunchy. You could tell they cared about the quality. Thank you!

5/5 for fast food. It's Wendy's so you should know what to expect when you're ordering. This specific location gets 5 stars because they confirm the order to make sure they don't miss anything. Fast drive thru.

This is a great Wendy's, they give great service, they actually stay open instead of closing early like most of the other fast food in the area, and they are polite to customers even late at night when others around the area will say were closed or just act very ignorant toward you for having the nerve to order... But not this Wendy's, they, im sure hate it as much as the next but dont show it and treat you any different

I ordered in the app and had food delivered to my car curbside. The food came out quick, the employee who brought the meal out was friendly, and everything was delicious. The line can be a little long around lunchtime, but it moves quickly.

Not the average Wendy's! The outside and inside, is a little different from most I've visited. I worked at a Wendy's that was nothing like this particular store. This store looks nice on the exterior, and even nicer on the interior. Each time we've visited, whether it be a dine in, or drive thru experience, the service has been great. The Wendy's staff at this store, seem to be more customer service oriented, paying attention to the customer. We made a few rather large orders, with some special requests, and they actually got everything correct. That's rare these days, in the fast food business. Very appreciated, and Thanks for a Great Job!!! Hope it continues!!!

I ordered the cod fish combo and a half meditation salad w/o the chicken. The fish is only on the menu during a short period of each year so when that time comes back around I'm on it!

The ordering process was smooth and easy and the young lady who took my ordered smiled once she saw how happy I was. I could tell most of the staff were having some communication issues because most of them seemed stressed. The manager came to the front to watch and he even looked off putting.

Despite all of that, my order was ready quickly and everything was the way I ordered it. I love the fresh building design and the clean feeling.

As I was sitting at my table another staff member checked in to see how I was doing which took my rating from a 4 to a 5.

Cars were wrapped around the building when I arrived, but I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Cars were MOVING thru that drive thru! The young Lady working the drive thru Nov 16 2021 @ 6:20 deserves a raise. I was VERY impressed with her customer service skills. Going that extra mile for the customer (me), and even recommending I get a family chicken nugget meal instead of x4 10 piece nuggets.

Sure she's costing her place of business more $, but I'm here posting a review BECAUSE of her. PLEASE don't reprimand her for ^, if anything promote her to manager! She truly understands the customer! A skillset like that, shouldn't be ignored. Definitely a 💎 for your store.

Ps, the food was hot even after driving home. 10/10

They’re always fast and friendly. One time I just knew there was no way there were walking out with my order, I’d just pushed purchase like one minute prior on the app.... but, it was for me!! 🤗 It was good and hot... 😋
