Aspen Mini Storage

Had a superb experience here. The manager, Kirk, is a great communicator, responds promptly and honors his word. The automated online payment system is very efficient. My unit was clean, and the facility always felt safe and was easy to access with convenient hours. I moved out a couple days before the end of the month with zero problems, and my deposit was mailed promptly. I honestly don't think I've ever had such an effortless time with a storage facility. I would definitely recommend Aspen in Cottonwood.

We have a unit here for some of our asphalt products we need to keep dry year round and we have had great luck. The rates are more then fair and security here keeps me at peace of mind. Would recommend If your in need of storage. Five stars earned.

The storage units are clean and centrally located in town. There is also a cite manager availble in an office there on normal business hours.
I had to get a lock removed because I lost my key. The manager did it for me for a small fee and I bought another lock from him which he had in his office. Super convenient!

Aspen Mini Storage is a great local business operated by great local people, very clean, and competitive prices. Highly recommended. We were in need of a storage unit for a few months to store bicycles we were having repaired for the Arizona Burn Foundation Camp Courage and Aspen Mini Storage graciously donated a unit to us.

Well I've been here for three years. What can I say.... Awesome just about sums them up. Just wish someone was in the office when I rode over to reserve a second one on Tue. What a busy guy. Next time I will call first & maybe have some luck.

Well, its a storage shed so nothing to exciting going on there. We have used this location several times over the past 20 years. The units are clean. I've never had my possessions flooded or bothered in any way. The man in the front office is friendly and easy to deal with.
I have noticed several black widow spiders upon opening my door. I'm not sure if they do any type of insect control so I would recommend spraying something in your unit and around the doors if spiders bother you.

Best experience renting a storage unit ever!! Office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. They helped my wife and I choose the most appropriate sized unit to suit our needs and seemed to truly care about us not getting a storage unit that was unnecessarily big. The facility and grounds themselves are very clean, secure, and well maintained. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed doing business with Aspen Mini Storage!

Nice place with great security. Cameras and key pad for your code, keep it limited to only who needs to be there. I also pulled a 20' (plus the tongue) trailer through there and made it fine. A couple close points at some of the drainages, but I never bottomed out or had to stop and back to make a turn, so access is good as well. Security cameras and access code gates are nice security to make it extra secure. Definitely will use any time I need storage. Highly recommended!

I'm very dissatisfied with the management at the Cottonwood facility. When I first started renting the customer service was great, but it has exponentially declined. I was notified over the phone the rent had been raised without any written notification and requested a copy of the notification be in writing and sent to me. A month later I was sent a notification that I was being locked out and charged late fees lock-out fees etc even though I'd paid my rent minus the $5 until I received the written notice. The manager was rude when I called to remind him I still hadn't received any written notification. I am sorely disappointed in this kind of customer service. I'm sure I will not give this place any recommendation to anyone at this time!

Aspen Mini Storage is truly an all around great facility. Found it while looking for the best prices in the area and was very pleasantly surprised when upon arrival I was met with their friendly and helpful manager. Great service, well marked units, secure and clean.
So not only do they have the lowest prices but all the rest of the amenities too. This is one case where you don’t get what you pay for, you get much more. Can’t recommend it enough!

It's really a great place, always clean and awesome staff. I do have a concern regarding both times it snowed. I had 2-3 cars both times nearly slide into my car because the the snow turned to ice on the shady side of the buildings. 1/2 melted and the other stayed for more then a week. I know it's no falt of the owners because of the way it's designed however, maybe you could
possible put some salt out next time. That would be great!

Clean and easy to get in and out of.

Between moves, my husband and I rented a storage unit at Aspen Storage.
I am not a fan of storage facilities so was very pleasantly surprised to find this particular one safe, clean and well run. I was also totally comfortable working on my own sorting items in our unit.

The gentleman who helped me was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit looks great and the price is very fair.

This is one of the few mini storage places that has security gates. You must enter your PIN when you enter, and when you leave. I feel that makes this place more secure than the others. AND, it looks like some of the others are just plain closed after dark. THAT could be a problem.

Manager is professional and courteous.

My only complaint is that the parking inside has drainage contours that make getting through with a trailer a bit tricky. MY fifteen foot trailer has never bottomed out, but a longer trailer might find this storage facility to be difficult.

Other than that, no problems!

Our unit was spotless when we opened it for the first time. Security is efficient and doesn't get in the way, while being effective. Management is always helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Aspen Me no idea s a centrally located storage unit in Cottonwood. It is a very good place to have a storage unit. They are very community orientated and have great owners and staff.
