Wonderful place! The staff was all very polite and helpful with each encounter we had with them. The building is also pretty big with lots of space and things to enjoy. The outside hot tubs are very affordable and worth every penny.

Beyond happy we decided to book some time here. We will be back!

I enjoyed my time. It was -2 degrees but you couldn't tell in the tubs. There was absolutely no crowd had the place to ourselves. Very nice!

A very relaxing afternoon at Sunwater Spa. The massage was one of the best I've ever had with Michael. This is a fantastic spot to just relax and take in the quiet. If you're looking for the Broadmoor, this isn't it. It has a hippie vibe and everything you need to disconnect for a few hours.

We have loved coming to SunWater Spa! My fiancé and I have had the pleasure of coming here for relaxing a couple times and have loved the ability to enjoy our own private tub rather than having to be in a big pool with other folks. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience here for our 90 minute soak! The check in process was quick and easy, the showers were roomy and clean, and the tubs were easy to get to. During our soaking time it was nice and quiet with a very calming vibe. The tubs were very warm and very clean and we had the option to check out the pool if we wanted to as well. The soak itself was very relaxing and healing! Would highly recommend, especially after a day of hiking!

Incredible views combined with soul touching vibes! Staff is awesome, grounds are a true gem to walk upon, and services provided are top tier. Definitely an experience you’d be silly to pass up!

The spa is located in Manitou Springs, which is a beautiful town just outside of Colorado Springs. The spa itself is very zen and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Lovely location, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent amenities. The experience will leave you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

We had a great experience here! The water in the tub was set to 104 degrees which made us feel too hot after a little while. The cold pools on the first floor were great to have access to! Everything was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful views of the mountains as you sit back and relax 🧖‍♀ ⛰

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion were provided. Everyone had to shower before going in the tub to keep things clean!

We loved our soak for two here!! We came back the next morning for another one! They have great showers and changing rooms with blow dryers and body wash/shampoo/lotion. Everything was clean and well thought of. Don't forget to bring your own towel or you can purchase one. They do have a little refreshement area with some drinks and snacks. Service was great both times as well. We will be coming back!

Sun Water Spa was the highlight of our trip to Colorado Springs. The drive from where we are staying was beautiful; the surrounding red rock is stunning. The spa is located in a very quaint little town in front of a park; very easy to locate and plenty of parking. The spa is just serene; a tranquil spot that encourages relaxation. Front desk staff is so very nice and helpful. We reserved the Red Mountain tub for a 90 minute soak. The water was clean, the tub perfectly spaced from others. You have access to a smaller cold pool and plunge as well as two saunas. There is also a space for lounging indoors. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend this place to everyone passing through.

Great experience! Went early in the morning in June (it was still cool outside). It is very quiet. We had our private tub but could also access the sauna (infrared and traditional). Loved their grapefruit and mint soap! Will be back in the winter! Felt really relaxed afterwards 😊

Service was smooth, thorough, and quick so we were able to get to the tubs quickly and start relaxing. Bathrooms and showers were clean and stocked. Fresh mineral water offeres throughout and kind staff made it an awesome experience. Will definitely be stopping in when we are in Manitou! It had just snowed the day before so the view was perfect, even got to watch some deer on the hill at dusk.

My fiance and I visit the area this past weekend and had a couples' service with Amber, who was both a WONDERFUL hostess to us as new guests as well as a TERRIFIC therapist. We were both floating after our massages and soak in the tub. If you find yourself in need of a massage in the Manitou Springs area, I highly recommend this spot and Amber!!

I had my doubts about this place because of the other reviews but we decided to give it a try. Everything was very clean. Our hostess was super friendly and she came up to our place to explain how to put in hot water and bubbles. My husband and I visited this place for our anniversary and it was worth it every minute. Super relaxing and finishes like new. We will definitely come back.

Such a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and adventures. You get your own private hot tub with mineral water and you get access to a cold pool. All tubs have a great view of Pikes Peak. It's very relaxing and romantic. It felt like a date out of the Bachelor franchise. It is a quiet spa so all conversations have to be had in a whisper which makes it even more romantic and intimate. 90 minutes was a long time to soak, we definitely used the cold pool as we needed a break from the hot tub. The cold pool was a nice reprieve. We also enjoyed the sauna. Bring water so you can stay hydrated.

So let me start off with the staff were fantastic extremely welcoming and nice. That being said with a limitation of 90min for the same price of other hot springs that you can spend an entire day made me a little put off on the idea of going here. I have to say even though you really have no contact with the staff for the soak after you check in and you are left to self regulate and leave on time. I did enjoy the environment and how relaxing it was. I would definitely go here again and recommend it if your in the area it's worth going here.

Such a relaxing experience. We rented the Rocky Mountain tub. It’s under the decking but it turned out nice because we weren’t in the sun. The cool dip and pool were a nice break from the cedar tub. We bounced back and forth. Facilities were clean and the grounds were beautiful kept. Staff was nice and helpful.

We have come here a few times for the soaks which we love especially as the weather becomes cooler!

Today we decided to check out the deep tissue couples massage! Alix and Kelsey were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional, warm & welcoming! We felt so relaxed and comfortable during our massages. Naturally afterwards we felt amazing!! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! I was proud that SunWater Spa opened their doors and soaks to the Indigenous community in celebration of Indigenous People's Day. The facility was clean and I loved that there were private showers and baths throughout the building. The soaks were great, intimate and so beautiful at sunset and at night with the stars. I came home feeling refreshed and relaxed as my daughter said I was "glowing.
