The Olive Tap

My partner and I tried the olive oil and vinegar at the Olive Tap while we were visiting Manitou Springs, and we were floored by the amazing flavors and robust selection, along with the friendliness of the staff. We got some oil and vinegar pairing sets with bread dipping spices as part of some Christmas gifts we bought for friends, and it came impeccably wrapped with beautiful happy holidays bow. We are so excited to introduce our friends to this amazing business, and hopefully they’ll all return for more after trying these incredible products! We also got the Foodie Frenzy Gourmet Tasting Box, which is SO BEAUTIFUL. It came with recipe ideas and we are so excited to try every single item! Thank you to the Olive Tap for being such a lovely business! We are now lifetime customers and will never go anywhere else.

Loved the store. Clean and the employee was helpful. We purchased a Cruette Sicilian 16oz. to use. The price was pretty good and Loved how it is decorated as well. This is my first ever Olive bottle to pour Olive oil. So glad we got it. This is the look, and just finished cleaning to put olive oil inside. Thanks The Olive Tap 🫒 ♥🤗

We went to the Broadmoor hotel for Christmas and found this quaint little city just down the road with a tasting room, called the Olive tap. They had some amazing choices and my husband and I found their friendly sales representative. Very helpful. We were able to taste what our interests were, and walked out with three vinegar and a Basil infused olive oil. I am going on to purchase more but unfortunately they’re out of stock and I could buy this stuff by the gallon. Very great olive oil use it on all kinds of stuff.

Bought some Spanish Gold olive oil for medicinal purposes based on Brandon's recommendation - he was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the purest and best tasting olive oil I've ever had. The Olive Tap has a large selection of olive oils, vinegars, and dressings. It's worth the drive to check it out.

Their oils and vinegars are all that I ever use to make my homemade salad dressings and marinades. I’ve been a long-standing aficionado of these excellent products for years now. When you purchase products keep in mind that the olive oils finish much faster than the vinegars. I always end up with 2 Vinegars, to 1 Olive oil before I purchase my next batch. My favorite pairings are the Tuscan Herb Oil with the Raspberry, the Chipotle Oil with the Dark Chocolate, the Persian Lime Oil with the Strawberry, and the Basil Oil with the Peach White. The Roasted Garlic is really good with some Italian Herbs or fresh chopped Rosemary as a dipping sauce for bread. Bon Appetit!

Family owned business! Wonderful, wonderful variety of olive oils, and also stuffed and flavored olives!

Fantastic place to get any oil,vinegars, or seasonings you may like. We have been coming here for 8 years and the difference in quality and taste between this oil and store bought is miles different. If you are hesitant just give it a try! I can definitely recommend this place for getting many of your cooking oils and spices. My favorite oil happens to be the smoky bacon.

I purchased balsamic vinegar blends, infused olive oils and spices when we were there on vacation. I used these items and gave them as gifts. Everyone I gave them to said they were excellent quality with wonderful infused flavors. The flavor they added to meats and vegetables was excellent. You won’t be able to choose they have a wide variety selection.

This is our go-to destination for high-quality olive oil. They have so many flavors to choose from. The hardest part is trying to decide which one to take home!

Like great olive oil and balsamic vinegar? Then this is the place, better than that other store on Nevada! It is expensive, however I find the price fine for the product quality and friendly service. Located in Manitou Springs however brings its own challenges and finding parking near by is going to be hit or miss during the work week, impossible on Saturdays.

Love this store, prices are reasonable, employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a very nice variety of spices and sauces on top of oils and vinegars with something new every time I visit, I have never been disappointed with anything I've bought here. The owner is kind and charming, not rude or snobby like some I have experienced in other stores like this. I make it a point to come here everytime i go shopping.

This is my FAVORITE place to go for high quality oils and balsamic vinegars. I won't buy balsamic vinegar anywhere else in the U. S. because they're typically acidic and runny. OT has a riserva balsamic that is thick, like maple syrup. It's to die for!

I've tried other olive oil and balsamic vinegar shops, and this one is worth the drive from Denver to me! As for price, you get what you pay for, and their quality is exceptional. I bought a beautiful Italian EVOO that has a nice peppery finish to it -- just what I would expect from this type of oil.

If you want to make a day of it, head south to Manitou, walk around town, get some lunch, take some empty water jugs and find the spring (13 around town) you like, fill your jugs, buy the place out at Olive Tap, and then head home! It's a great way to spend the day.

The Olive Tap in Manitou Springs sells the best Gourmet Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar! They have flavored olive oils too like Garlic, Oregano, and many more...the store is fun to visit as they let you try before you buy. I highly recommend The Olive Tap!

We were sad to move away from our Denver-based oil shop, but no longer! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff who really went the extra mile to help us get what we needed. Delicious! Yay, local Manitou businesses!!! Thank you, Olive Tap - you just got a lifelong customer.

Great selection of all things olive and vinegar including vessels and dispensers! Every time we visit we leave with a case of goodies.

Manitou is super cute and so is this shop! amazing products and super friendly staff.. you can sample as many balsamic vinegars as you want. we bought a few of their featured ones. a must stop if youre in manitou
