KidZaam Pediatric Dentist of Cottonwood

Brought all three of my children here and had a fantastic experience. I was surprised because of all the bad reviews when in all seriousness this dentist office is actually amazing, front staff is great, all the folks in the back, we’re great with my children no one was scared or nervous. Two of my kiddos needed a cavity filled and everything went flawlessly. The main dentist is blunt but teeth are very important and need to be taken seriously. I definitely recommend this children’s dental practice.

Amazing Dentist, Dr. Higgins is wonderful and explains everything thoroughly. Claudia was fantastic as our tech and patient with my wee one. We've been going here for the entirety of my daughters dental care and I wouldn't choose anywhere else. 😁

I think Dr Higgins is a great dentist! He is a very direct dentist! He was amazing with my 5 year old! We had a great experience with him and the staff! They got him right in when he was needing emergency work done. My little one had to be sedated and have teeth removed he was so great with coming in and giving us updates on how he was throughout the process. We are so thankful for Dr Higginsn. Overall a 10/10.

Kidzam is dedicated to making kids feel as comfortable as possible, considering they're at the dentist. I love the whimsical design, video games, and movies at each chair. I'm quite surprised reading some of the negativity here. Dr. Higgins was great with my 8-9 year old son, and at explaining what's going on with his teeth. We've been in for cleanings and had some other work done. In each case Dr. Higgins was friendly, straight forward and professional. I wouldn't blame Dr. Higgins for my son's dental issues, since the biggest part is on us. The dentist can't do the brushing flossing for us every day.

I have taken my son to Kidzamm since 2003! In Prescott and now here in cottonwood.nuw I have two young children and take my four year old there as well. The staff is amazing the location being in cottonwood I couldn’t ask for better! The decor is simply awesome I love taking my children there. Very clean friendly I highly recommend for all ages until 18 years of age.

Dr. Higgin is a very good dentist. I use to go to him when I was a kid, and now my son is going to him. I think it is great that he made a pediatric office. I love the movie and game rooms. I would definitely recommend KidZaam Dentistry.

I feel like at Kidzam the dentists and staff are dedicated to making the kids feel as comfortable from the fun goofy design, game room and movies.
I have found the staff and dentists to be friendly, helpful, polite, straight forward and professional. I take my four grandsons here and we all are very happy and satisfied with the services we have received. And plan to keep bring my grandsons to Kidzaam.

After reading some rather unfavorable reviews I was hesitant. However, this Dentist is tops and exceeded my expectations. The staff is caring and polite. The Dr. Is on point and we're happy to have found him.

Great childrens dentist! Staff is always super great, informative, & helpful! Not to mention the place itself has a great fun vibe for kids. Would definitely recommend :)

The receptionist that answers the phone and schedules appointments etc. I believe her name was Selen was a pleasure

Scheduling is miserable. They reach out to make an appointment, confirm it 2-weeks out and send an additional email confirmation. Another email confirmation along with text message confirmations the week of the appointment. Then they call the day before and say the Dentist isn't going to be in the office. Pass on the gimmicks for kids and find a real office.

I took my kids for a second opinion because I felt that some of the cavities he found were staining or could be watched instead of filled. I was told my one child had 3 or 4 small cavities and the other dentist, 5 days later said he had none! He is a nice enough guy but I do feel his approach is aggressive for small mouths. It's a really big deal for small children to get what an adult feels is a small procedure.

If you care about your child DO NOT take them here. I brought my 13 year old in a few months ago for a checkup and cleaning being that she hasn’t been to the dentist in a few year because we weren’t on acess I tell the dentist it’s been a while and he’s like well god did you fly to the moon like it was rude then I took her back the other day to get cavities filled and they wouldn’t let me go back in the room with her after we were done we went home and my daughter told me what happened and I was furious so basically she was laying there with the gas then the dentist comes in and tells her what their gonna do while rubbing her cheek with his finger she told me this made her feel very uncomfortable and she woulda slapped his hand away if she was able but it was hard for her to move because of the gas, then at one part he was drilling her gums on the top of her mouth to the point the top of her mouth next to the tooth is raw also my daughter says her teeth feel completely different and don’t sit how they used to and one of the teeth he worked on was right next to her front teeth and when she runs her tongue over the back of her teeth it bumps up where he fixed the cavity, in all don’t take your child here my daughter is now is more discomfort than she was in the beginning.
