I called the owner and asked if he could make me 2 keys for my ignition as I had lost mine. He said he could for $189 then texted me later and said he'd do them for $80. A couple days later I received a text from him saying I know you're going through hard times right now, I replaced the lock cylinder and there are 2 keys under the seat wrapped in a towel, no charge. This gentleman is a godsend. ❤

Brownies has helped me out twice now with my key FOBs for my vehicles. Better prices than the dealer they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Has offered to follow up if anything stopped working, haven’t needed it they did the job right the first time both times. Unlike the dealer ship that told me “if it doesn’t work your out 140 bucks.”

Had exceptional customer service and kindness from this father and son team. They’re really really good at what they do. And went out of their way to help me with multiple phone calls and a visit. Even after hours. They’re kind of down-home guys. No nonsense. I like that about them.

I was in a bind and "Rod" helped me resolve it. It started out with the fact that he required masks and social distancing, which showed that he was concerned with more than lock issues which made me feel comfortable. On the day I arrived I was introduced to a young man named "Raul" who was learning the business. He had technical skills and was learning the mechanical aspects from Rod. Together they made a great team and did an excellent job.

Don't believe the negative reviews! Extremely quick, professional and had the job done coming from Cottonwood to Camp Verde in around 40 minutes including travel time. Highly recommended.
