Olympus Family Medicine clinic

I just wanted to compliment and thank the staff of Olympus Family Clinic for all thier help over the past few days...

I'm needed a prescription refilled in the middle of the Christmas Holiday and my medication was on backorder at every pharmacy in the Salt Lake Valley that I contacted.

Additionally, my doctor was out of town and I was unable to see him to find an alternative.

The nurses and on call physicians worked diligently to find an alternative and get my prescription changed so I didn't have to go without my meds.

I highly recommend the this clinic and it's staff of dedicated nurses and doctors for your medical needs...

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This place was such a great experience. It was easy to find a time for my appointment. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The nurse who brought me back was easy to talk with and efficient. Very well organized operation. But most importantly…. I dropped my keys down a storm drain in their parking lot when I was walking in 🤦🏼‍♂ They were so helpful! Dr Probst and his son helped retrieve them for me. I have no idea how they did it. I highly recommend this clinic for great, over the top service and super friendly people.

I have been a patron of Olympus Clinic for several years and as such have been attended to by many of their doctors, nurses and PA’s. All have been above reproach and excellent practitioners. Sometimes the admin staff are not the best…but the Doc’s are!

I really like Dr Anderson. He seems to really care by always returning my calls himself, not a medical assistant. He has called just to make sure I am feeling better and that is a great Dr. In my opinion.

The office is clean, staff professional and very nice. I have not had problems getting in when needed. I would recommend Dr Anderson to anyone looking for a great caring physician.

Went for a physical, encountered only friendly staff, clean and profesional looking facilities, great service and was taken in quickly. Overall a good experience. Very satisfied. Also, they have a great view of Mt Olympus from the street

Same-day appointment to see Dr. Gamble for a few medical reasons. Though I’ve seen many of the doctors on staff whom have all been great, I very much liked Dr. Gamble. It was a long appointment and I appreciate the time he spent going over all things I wanted to address. He was kind and compassionate. Dealing with chronic pain, I’ve seen quite a few physicians, even pain management doctors, who have a lack of compassion and quite judgmental. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. Dr. Romo is also another doctor at their office that makes you feel cared for and getting all that you need in terms of knowledge, medication and referrals. She is very thorough. Anyone in the area looking for a same-day, urgent appointment or even a primary care doctor, any of the physicians on staff are of high caliber and would recommend to anyone.

Having a pharmacy in the same building is such a convenience as well!

I am so pleased with this clinic. My Doctor is almost always on time. And if she is running late there is a board in the waiting room that tells you how long the wait may be for each Doctor.
There is a pharmacy on site. So you can have your prescription filled before you leave.
I rarely wait very long for any lab work. They are pleasant and friendly.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Kristen Romo for about 3 years now. I have to say, it's extremely hard to find a PCP who is half decent, but I've really been impressed with Dr Romo. She really seems to listen to each of my concerns, and writes down extensive notes each time I go in. She doesn't seem afraid to ask me about depression and anxiety which is important, that's a doctor's job I think. I've also never had a bad experience with the front desk

I have been with my doctor, Matt Hansen, for 20+ years. I have referred my closest friends to him and they are glad they made the switch. Dr. Hansen is one of the best, he truly cares about my health and how I feel. I trust him completely, very important in today’s world. Additionally, his nurse is fabulous. She does so much and takes the time to get to know the patients. I cannot say enough great things about my “medical team”.

I absolutely adore Dr. Gamble. He has been my physician, as well as my dad’s, and both of my brother’s physician, for well over 15 years. The new building is very nice, and the parking is much better than it used to be. My only complaint (was) the front desk staff. Only until recently (the clinic completely changed their entire front desk staff, FINALLY), was that the front desk staff was HORRIBLE. They were rude, unprofessional, visibly annoyed by any questions, etc. I even got into a verbal altercation with one girl (at the old building) because she was being so rude, and blatantly disrespectful. I always would complain to Dr. Gamble’s nurses, who would agree with me on their horrible attitudes. I don’t understand how a group of people who run a family practice facility, could be so unprofessional and disrespectful, not only over the phone, but to my face. The new girls are extremely nice and polite, but I just hope it continues that way. Because I’ve considered switching doctors SEVERAL times due to the front desk staff. I live in Riverton now, and make the drive to Holladay, BECAUSE of Dr. Gamble and his sincere and empathetic approach to medicine. My husband has wanted me to switch physician offices for years, due to all of my conversations and problems with the old front desk staff. But Dr. Gamble was definitely worth more than the conflicts over the front desk. I think things have gotten better in the past 4 months. And I truly hope they continue to run this way.

We had an appointment with Dayna We had 3 people all needed to see her for a virus affliction! We were there for only 5 minutes and they called our name. We went in and weighed and got our blood pressure checked! Then we went into rm 5 and Dayna and her nurse was right behind us. All went well and we were all 3 out of there 25 minutes later! Dayna explained everything she saw and went over all meds. She was not in a hurry even though the place was packed with patients! On the way out the receptionist told me I had a $10.00 credit! It doesn’t get much better than that!
I have no suggestions on how to improve ! We love Olympus Clinic

I adore my doctor and the staff here. Recently, I was sent to the ER because of some symptoms I had. They told me I was okay, however I went to my physician at OFM later that day because of the severity, and he did some additional tests and called a surgeon into the office to take a look at me and get the help I needed. Throughout the whole process, my doctor has checked in (almost daily!) and has offered me advice and assistance as necessary. The phlebotomists at this location are very adept at their job. Easiest blood draws I have ever experienced. Excellent care, and an excellent facility! As long as I live in the area, I won't go to another medical center!

Olympus Clinic has truly been family medicine for us. Not only covering 3 generations of excellent care for our family, but 2 generations of doctors have cared for my partner and me for a over 100 years combined. I have been a patient for 40 years. The new facility has an expanded lab and more physicians with a variety of specialties and backgrounds. Help is available 24/7 with a phone call. I have had sutures on a Sunday rather than an ER visit.

Doctors at the clinic also manage a home healthcare and hospice service which allowed me to do excellent end of life care in our bedroom surrounded by familiar spaces for 2-1/2 years for which I will be forever grateful.

I love Olympus Family Clinic. Their staff are always very nice and helpful. Cathy Coates is someone I would send my loved ones to see. She is very smart and listens to all of my concerns and will find solutions. I trust her with my life.

Staff was so nice, and Sally Epperson is a fantastic provider! I would recommend anyone to this clinic. They are professional . The front desk was kind and understanding. They also have after hour care which is reserved for sick patients and they do it 5 times a week!

I was so happy to find that my doctor of 15 years, Matthew C. Hansen, and his wonderful assistant Katie are working at Olympus Family Medicine. Dr. Hansen is a great doctor and it appears he's with a practice that fits his views of truly caring for patients and not treating them as faceless sources of revenue. Olympus Family Medicine is a newer facility with many related services in the same building (lab, pharmacy, etc.). The location is easy to get to and parking is very accessible. Looking forward to future visits with my trusted physician and this fine facility.

Dr. Romo is the best doctor I have ever had! She is always so accommodating, relatable, intelligent and helpful. I have never had a better experience with my primary care doctor than I have had with her. I highly recommend this clinic, it has also newly been remodeled which is nice!
