My appointment was tended by Britany and I could not have been more pleased. It was a full service appointment, she was knowledgeable, experienced and organized which was the reason everything went smoothly and comfortably. I have been with Dr Herald’s Practice for several years, he has always provided a quality practice with a quality professional Staff.

I am a new client and I was very impressed. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left it was wonderful. I have never been so relaxed in a dentist office. Dr. Herald was very professional and took the time to discuss my dental needs. The staff is polite, personable and each person I came in contact with was a delight. Taylor cleaned my teeth extremely well. I am so glad to be a client and appreciate that they allowed me into their dentistry family.

I’ve been going to Dr Herald for many years and my experience has always been very good and professional. Today I went in for a cleaning with Taylor and it was one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Don’t ask me what she used, but it was painless & very thorough. Then, Dr. Eve came in to fill my chipped front teeth and gave me a blanket and a pillow and once I was set up, it was a very relaxing experience.. they actually put Chapstick on your lips as well…. Let’s just say I call it my “dental -spa day”. Highly recommended..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My regular dental hygienist of over a decade retired -- I miss her but am happy for her -- but today I met Jessica for a regular cleaning. She understood my concerns and phobias and had a very comforting manner. It was an easy session. My teeth feel smooth and clean. Highly recommended.

I love the whole staff at Dr. Harold’s office! They are so friendly and helpful! Dr. Herald is professional and knowledgeable, willing to spend time to talk his patients through all treatment options. His hygienists are kind and gentle, really caring for the comfort of their patients. The front office staff members make you feel welcome and valued! I highly recommend this office!

Warm and inviting office space. Stephanie helped to coordinate my initial visit and was very flexible with my scheduling limitations. Britney is a great hygienist- so glad we got to connect. Rachel and Dr. Herald make a great team. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I recently moved to Cornville and Dr Eve Pence with Help from Rachel at David Herald Dental helped me out of a jam with an emergency walk in issue with a bridge this morning. The office was clean, well staffed and incredibly friendly
and helpful, Dr Pence did a great thorough job of fixing my issue for me. I will return!

Taylor who was my dental hygienest probably cleaned my teeth more thoroughly than any previous hygienist as done in years. Rachel was awesome with xrays and pictures. This entire office is fantastic. Always a friendly and comfortable environment. I’ve had issues in the past with other dentist office’s but Dr. Herald and his family of employees have been wonderful, and there’s no place I’d rather get my dental work done at.

My recent visit was my 2nd after having cleaning and exam one month earlier - which was very well done by Machelle. I needed a crown replacement. Dr. Herald is quite pleasant and proficient. He allowed me to pass on the Novocain. His equipment is state of the art compared to my previous dentist. I asked at the end for sandblasting and a patch at the top edge of a lower front tooth. He did that quite nicely and for a very reduced price as I was already paying for the expendables and other!

Dr Pence and her staff were welcoming, kind and professional. I was very impressed with the team at Dr Herald's office.

I’ve always been petrified to go to the dentist because I had childhood trauma. I soon as I met Dr Herald I thought it was going to be a good experience but today I went for my first filling replacement. It was so much better than I thought it would be. I started playing my music in my headset to drowned out the sound but halfway through it I shut the music off and, I was OK. I felt no pain or discomfort, and I was totally at ease. I believe I found a remarkable dentist..

Taylor was my Hygienist for teeth cleaning. My appointment started right on time. She was very thorough but also very friendly. She also made good suggestions for what I can do better at home for prevention.

Going to the dentist can be a wonderful experience if Dr. Harold is your dentist. Beginning with the ladies in the office who genuinely care, from the dental hygienist and his assistants, you will feel the VIP treatment when visiting his office. Dr. Harold is confident, compassionate, knowledgeable and a true master of his trade. We have enjoyed a painless top notch experience every visit.

Everyone in this office is caring, professional and excellent at what they do.
