Dinwiddie Health & Rehab Center

My aunt had a good morning today. PT w/Whitney went well. Housekeeping was excellent. Nurses were very helpful.

This was my first visit. The facility was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Wayne was there playing music for the residents. He did a phenomenal job.

Very kind and pleasant staff, need more staff of course . Everyone always has time to speak and assist when needed and answers any questions.

Arrived to take a friend to a scheduled appointment. I was delighted to sign in as appropriate and then sign out upon departure. The facility was very clean without any odors or signs of staff inattention or apathy. The staff was very friendly and approachable.
If I could turn back the hands of time I would have preferred Dinwiddie far above and beyond the SNF I was forcibly exposed to for the rehab and care of my spouse.

I had a very pleasant experience and rewarding experience at the center. I enjoyed speaking with the residents and interacting with them in our spiritual experience.. M.y team is looking forward to our visit next month.

My mother was in this Rehab for two months. The facility was always clean. When you walk in, you are always greeted by a smile from the staff in the front. The staff was very professional and the entire team did an outstanding job tending to my mother’s care.

Staff was helpful and there was no odor and all appears to be in good place I am glad I stopped saw one of my cousins visiting her father in law a good day

The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. The staff shows a caring manner toward the patients.

When I arrived receptionists walked me through protocol for first time visitors
They were have dance & singalong in recreation room
Mostly all were happily participating
Upon leaving Mr Leopard greeted me & asked me to join in.
Everyone was very welcoming & my uncle VANDY V Jones & family seemed well pleased

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. Halls, bathrooms, and common areas appeared highly maintained. Dinner meal observed appeared wholesale and nutritious. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and appeared genuinely concerned about the welfare of patients. I think my aunt will enjoy her stay here and I am confident in your ability to provide a high standard of care.

Staff very friendly !room needs cleaned !

I had a past experience with a family member being a resident here, so I now I see first hand the wonderful care provided at Dinwiddie Health and Rehab. The Therapy personnel are dynamic and I've witnessed many success stories. Our patients may enter as strangers but they are definitely family when they leave. It's an awesome feeling when you follow up after they've discharged and hear they are still doing great. I'm so glad to be apart of this amazing team.

The staff are amazing. I've first hand watched them treat the guest like family. Very clean. Highly recommend

I can't express enough my gratitude to Dinwiddie Health & Rehab on their welcoming my dad to their center. We have been in several other local centers and none of them have been more welcoming. My dad is 90 and he is very happy to be here and feels everyone is so nice and the facilities are so clean. I feel like ive left him in good hands. Thanks to everyone at Dinwiddie Health & Rehab.

My mother has been a resident at this facility for 10+ years. We have had a few small issues here and there over this long period of time but they have always been resolved successfully. The steady dependable staff and her long term friendships with both care givers and other patients has been another family for her and she truly feels at home. Happily, she also enjoys all the fun activities and events at the center. I wouldn't want her to living anywhere else! Thank you, everyone at at Dinwiddie Health and Rehab for so gently and consistently caring for my mother.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff at Dinwiddie Health and Rehab got my mom in better shape than before her injury. A top notch facility that focuses on the patient’s overall health. It’s clean and odor free not like allot of other facilities I have dealt with in the past. Definitely a safe place to send someone you care about.

The staff was wonderful. For someone that is dealing with a family member and the potential of loss, this was a great place for them to be. Clean, friendly, quiet and peaceful.

The people that work at the center are very hardworking, they are always very welcoming when entering the building. Their staff always works really hard to make their patients comfortable and make it feel like home even if s/he are there temporarily. Everyone in the building makes an effort at teamwork and does a really good job at it.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was wonderful, food was great and when asked I was given double portions. Quiet and relaxing. I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility.
