This place is amazing!!!! The atmosphere here is awesome. Love the handmade tables and chairs. The smoked pulled pork bbq sandwich was delicious with a great flavor. The Dinwiddie dog was spot on as well. The portions were just right. I would highly recommend this place. I will say this is some of the best pulled pork I’ve had in a long time.

First time here and we are so glad we stopped! Completely out of bbq but OMG the WINGS YALL! so good. I was able to get the very last piece of homemade Strawberry shortcake 🍰 😋

OMG, the most delicious, fresh, and tasty BBQ around. The owners/staff are just as wonderful, friendly, and Always make you feel welcome. Was just there today (9/30/2023) to get ribs, as I heard yesterday when picking up pulled pork there would be ribs today. I was there at 1030 am, the first customer, and just asked to confirm and the wife/owner is the sweetest lady and said, well yes, we have them would you like to put your order in now. I said yes, and she took it and at 1100 sharp, my order was straight off the grill and almost to hot to carry to my truck; that is a really good problem. I love this place and the people that own and work there; this is old skool America at its finest and Customer Service is just an affair of the heart. Go for the home made chips! They’re delicious! This was an awesome place for a quick meal. I loved the atmosphere, the music, the food, and everyone was very nice.

I added a bottle of the vinegar bbq sauce to go and marinated a pork tenderloin overnight with it. Came out delish.

10/10 will come back.

I've ate here a few times and have always had a great meal. I got the bowl today, and let me tell you...it was delicious. It can be a little slow waiting in line to order, but you get the food fast.

I was visiting the nearby Pamplin Historical Park and was hungry, so I thought I'd check it out. It was around 4pm on a Friday, and thank goodness I went when I did because they sold out 2 customers after I placed my order!

I got a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and fries. I didn't know which BBQ sauce to try, so the gentleman at the counter gave me a little of both on the side. It was delicious without any sauce, but both the vinegar based and the thicker sauces were excellent. The bun was buttery goodness too. All around wonderful meal. I felt sorry for the line of people behind me who couldn't get their BBQ fix that evening.

The property itself is really unique. There are plenty of tables and chairs in a shaded outdoor area. My table was an old sewing machine table and carved tree stump. And the staff were friendly and patient as I looked over all the tasty options.

Highly recommend, but go early! They had non-BBQ options like chicken wings and hot dogs, but I think they close once they sell out of BBQ for the day.

I have been to this great BBQ place 3 times in a month. What brings me back is their delicious, made from scratch food that brings you back. The smoked wings are Devine, I had them served In Alabama sauce. The owners are always there with a smile and cooking or serving their amazing food. Highly Recommend to make a Stop it is worth it

Great little BBQ place. The pulled pork was super tender. Sauces are vinegar or mustard based, so if you are a Memphis style fanatic like my kids, make sure you bring a bit of your own sauce. Overall a great experience, and we will be back to try the ribs!

Amazing Atmosphere! DELICIOUS BBQ!!!! What we love are the authentic southern recipes. The potato salad tastes like no other, the BBQ is out of this world and the most unique baked beans youll ever tatse. We love the delicate red vinegar bbq sauce. Highly recommend adding this stop to fill your families bellies during a trip on 460.

This place has a nice outdoor eating area. The chairs are carved out of wood blocks. 🪵 I got the BBQ sandwich combo. It would be a little better if they had refills of tea and lemonade!

All the food was great and the lady at the ordering window has got to be the most friendly person I have ever met. I feel like I'm supposed to hug her after I order or something 🤣. BBQ sandwiches and the wings are my favorites but the chili dog is insane!

Never mind you have an old time country bbq. I had the bbq bowl which is amazing the homemade slaw and the Alabama BBQ sauce is great!! My wife had the General hot dog with chili which was great!! Will definitely be back again!!

It's located in a beautiful shaded area, by lovely trees. Decorated so nicely, with music in the outside dinning area. Nice tables an seating, lights an eye appealing decor, very pleasant while enjoying the delicious BBQ an sides, with a soda.

If you are looking for country this is the place for you. Outdoor-only seating, port-a-potties, and no posted menu (the day we were there). The line got real long when we were there. It probably would have sped things up (for us first timers) if they had a posted menu and add an ordering kiosk or two. The order lady punches your order in electronically anyway.
As for the food it was great. Especially the BBQ bowl.

Delicious and better yet, every person I interacted with was genuinely friendly. I rolled out of there with three packs of Girl Scout cookies, a pork sandwich with slaw, beans, Mac and a D. Coke. I’d wanted to stop for a long time as I’d heard nothing but good things and will definitely be back.

Stopped here after a car show up the road, had seen it on my way in and thought it would be a great place to have a late lunch, and I was right. Polite staff, very well maintained facility, and great food.

Been wanting to check out Corner market BBQ since seeing pictures on Instagram and it did not disappoint. Perfect spot to enjoy some tasty pulled pork sandwiches. Magical ambiance and the owner, Sue, is lovely. We’ll definitely be back. Love, love, love.

This is an outdoor restaurant and the day was very hot, so ate and left. I look forward to going back again in the fall when I can stay longer and not just eat and run.

When we come back from duty we always make a pit stop for some smoked wings. The bbq and Alabama sauce is outrageously tasty. Wings never dry always fall off the bone. Not sure how they get it perfect everytime but they do.

The corner market bbq is by far the best old school barbecue place I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining. A must for traditional barbecue enthusiasts!
