I took a chance ordering from this company. I thought I did my due diligence. I placed an order which took two months to arrive, too late for the event I ordered it for. The dresses did not fit and the material was uncountable and stiff. I was only offered a gift card as a return option which was not the return agreement. I have emailed and left multiple messages with the customer service department. I connected with an actual human one time and was told my issue would be sent to the “billing manager”, no reply since, two weeks later.
Save yourself some grief and money, pass this one by. Don’t do it!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has got to be a scam! I placed an order on 03/17 that was supposed to arrive 04/05. That day came and went without my order being completed. I've tried calling and emailing them to no avail. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. That's been over two weeks now and still nothing. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't place any orders or you'll just lose your money. Horrible customer service, horrible company.

Similarly to the other reviews: my order was not delivered by the time agreed, no one has answered my messages, and no good can come from them! Please report them as often as possible!

So very very disappointed!
The idea of the adjusted clothes is great, but I have not received my order, nor refund, nor any communication from the company!!!
