The manager is so nice had a nice convo with her on my visit I do the pizza hut book club so you get free personal pan pizza with your reading goals the service was fast and the pizzas were good I will be returning to this store

My order was ready when I arrived,the staff that greeted me was very pleasant,the pick up experience was great.

I have frequently ordered from this particular pizza hut over the last year and I can say everytime the staff is friendly, pizza is always the way we order and it tastes great......

I frequently order from the location & the pizza is edible but nothing to jump up & down about. However this time it was very tasty and had the right amount of ingredients. The new pizza maker did a great job with preparing my pizza! Thank You!

I walked in to place my order. Had enough time to go next door and buy groceries. Went back to pick up pizza. It was hot, crispy thin crust and was very good! Best take out I have had!

They are the only place that delivers to my house so I'm soo thankful for them especially being a stahm working full time whether lunch or dinner its an huge help on those lazy days where I don't want to cook. The drivers are always extremely nice and get here relatively fast. Foods always been just as requested and on the occasion that they were out of something they called us and let us know. I personally believe the drivers should get a raise if they haven't already. Its not often you meet delivery drivers this kind. People tip your drivers!

Dinwiddie s newest nastiest pizza hut...u order on line 40 minutes later u show up to pick it up,we haven't made it yet, ,3xs this has happened...genie I wish it burns down with out anyone in there of course....employees working register r smartasses,going far in life

The staff was friendly and helped fix my problem I had online ordering my pizza. When I checked out online I had ordered two pizzas and it even told me a price of 28 dollars and I payed it. Then I get there and only one pizza was ready. Apparently the app messed up my order and luckily they were so kind to help me.

This place has greatly improved since it's been under new management. My husband and I have been very pleased with our food and service. We love pizza hut and will always order from this location. They have been really good about making the pizza just the way we want it without forgetting anything!

It was so easy to order, delivery was fast, the very nice young man that delivered it was awesome and went by instructions. The food was fresh, my soda was cold and everything tasted perfect. Thank you so much for a great experience

Pizza was fresh and prepared well. But the best part was the APPLE PIES!!! OMG, they are awesome! (They remind me of the ones McDonald's served back in the day.) Only about 4 bites each...so order extra.

When I called for delivery the guy was pleasant and help me save money with one of the special🙂My pizza arrived at the time they said and was Hot and Delicious! I will be ordering again. THANKS!

The ladies up front worked very hard to separate our individual orders so we could pay for them separately!

Pizza was super hot, exactly as ordered, got here faster than expected, & was DELICIOUS!!! EXCELLENT experience! Plus the delivery driver was super nice. :)

great customer service and was ready when I was told it would be :) also, the associate carried our food out he noticed I was also carrying baby. Small gestures go a long way!
