Self Storage at Chapel Hill

I have been a customer for over a year from the easy move in and high security, I highly recommend this facility. I moved in with the previous manager she was great and very helpful. The new manager Bianca is just as great. Along with her co-worker Justin they continue to provide excellent service. Overall they have been outstanding. If you need storage this is the best place in the Tri-Cities!

The process of reserving a unit was super simple and quick. I spoke with Bianca over the phone to confirm my reservation while being out of state and she assured me everything would be ready for us on move in day. Justin showed me to my unit and was able to answer my questions regarding security concerns. I really liked that the storage unit was clean and they have alarms/cameras.

We’ve only been storing here a couple of months but so far the experience has been great. Anytime I call the office with questions, the staff is helpful and friendly. It was very easy to rent the unit. I completed everything online and then stopped at the office to complete the process. When we moved into our unit, there was a dirty spot on the floor and the staff immediately took care of it. The facilities are clean and secure. Couldn’t be happier so far!

So I called around for a self storage unit 10 x 5 in West Pasco. I called and reserved a unit at Chapel Hill off road 68. Bianca called me back shortly and left a friendly message. When I called back she was very helpful, very knowledgeable and accomodating. I drove to the address at Chapel Hill. Bianca was quick with signing me up. She knows what she's doing, no hesitation. She explained everything well including setting up pass codes, how to enter the self storage, walked me through the unit, explained policies etc.
I'm pleased with how everything turned out and feel like Chapel Hill is a top of the line Self storage facility.

Overall a great storage facility. The only time I had trouble getting in. The on-call employee was polite and helpful. Treated me like a family friend instead of a customer.
