Loved the customer service at this site, although parking can be slim at times of day the people there are very helpful and explain things with knowledge to help customer. I would recommend this place to purchase products from.

Stellar place. Got CBD, delta-8 and kratom. All your vape needs and smoke accessories. We like the disposable/rechargeable ones, recently tried a Red Bull flavored one.

I went to the shop today and had a really great experience. Zach, the employee who was helping me out, really steered me in the direction I wanted to go. He helped pick out the vape that was at a good price point for somebody who hasn't done much vaping and allowing me to grow with it if I so chose. He was very knowledgeable about the juices as well. I didn't feel pressured to buy one particular product or the other which was really nice. I will be going back especially since they have hours that work well with my odd schedule.

Awesome, awesome vape store. You can tell the owners put a lot of time into considering their customers. Not a lot of parking but a small price to pay for good customer service and one hell of a selection. The prices are very competitive too. What makes this store stand out is that almost every flavor they have, you can sample and they have everything catalogued for quick reference.

One of the very few places I go anymore. I was always unable to find coils for my, now, old vape system that didn't have to drive 30+ minutes away for. They surprisingly had them! Definitely will always be back in for new products! 💜

I didn't catch the name of the girl who helped us, we were there Friday evening about 530 but she was so incredibly helpful to us. She was very knowledgeable about products,knew exactly what we were looking for and gave advice about some questions that I had. 5/5, I will definitely be returning to your shop again soon!

I'm not from around there and when I go in they just make me feel so welcome and relaxed. They have a huge selection on merchandise and aren't puzhy to make a sell. Zach is pretty much my favorite clerk there he really knows what he is doing! I know when I ask about different items I don't have to worry because he has never steared me wrong once. He is also very passionate about his job and helping customers. Everyone there is helpful and friendly and chill as hell. I would recommend The Cloud House Vape Lounge to anyone and everyone I know!

Super kind staff, lots of options on anything vape wise or CBD. They also have a good knowledge of their products and the different types of cbd. They also make their own vape juice as well which from working at a vape shop is something super cool and different you can have for your customers as well as have them come back for a flavor they made up. 10/10

Great shop! Very Large Selection of Hardwear, and they have been adding some really Popular premium E-liquids! Honestly the Best Shop out in that Area! I'd recommend it! Zach is an amazing addition as well!!

Great selection of not only juice but hardware. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a great place to visit, even if you just go in to browse the staff isn't really pushy to sell you on something and they'll answer any of your questions. With a friendly atmosphere and a great selection of product I defiantly recommend anyone to check this place out.

This place was awesome! Best customer service I've had in a long time! The gentleman at the counter walked me through everything I had to know about vaping. Kind of refreshing that someone so young was concerned about all the details about the products he was selling. I'll be coming back and referring everyone I know to the Cloud House.

As I live right down the road, I saw this shop spring onto the scene earlier this year and I can say that this shop is the best place to get any supplies or hang out HANDS DOWN! The staff are super friendly and are always a pleasure to see. I'd wholeheartedly recommend The Cloud House to anyone that wants to either talk or shop vape!

This establishment is immaculate! Great selection on everything Vape related from cotton to Mods to coils, E.juice and so much more! Awesome place to go for hardware, juice and accessories. The staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, a nice place to hang out and talk vape. I went there for the first time interested in a vape to quit smoking and Zach went above and beyond to find me one that would be best based on my needs.
