Wash Land - Western Branch

Pretty nice place. Ms. Bellamy is always very helpful and keeps the spot clean. She always seems happy and smiling. I return week after week because the place is super clean and very friendly. Would highly recommend the place to anyone who has to do their laundry outside of their home.

Wash Land needs more employees like Mrs. Bellamy. She is the nicest, politest and most helpful one in the building. The place is always clean. She is always cleaning and helping her customers when I'm there. Mrs Bellamy makes laundry day a lot more enjoyable and a little less of a chore.

Ingid was on staff when I visited this location on 2/29/24. She was very helpful with a pleasant demeanor. She was very knowledgeable about the machines. I had lots of questions on what i need to do to wash 5 or so California king comforters. She wasn't annoyed by all my questions. That made me feel good.. I was able to tackle the task. She made the experience nice and easy. I will be returning.

If you’re looking for a clean pleasant place to wash & dry this is it! Spring cleaning time so I went in to wash all my comforters & curtains, Staff was attentive & pleasant she even let me use her scissors ! Thx u for such awesome customer service & a clean environment to do our business in !

Laundry is definitely not my favorite thing to do especially being that I have a crazy work schedule and being new to the area..... I walked in with a mean looking face, the lady at the front deck (Mrs.Bellamy) i think is her name ,quickly changed my face expression with her warm welcoming smile and greeting and ask me did I need any assistance with anything I said yes where is yall coin machine so I can get started on my laundry, she chuckled and asked was this my first time here I smile and said yes she stop what she was doing to assist me with how to use money machine showed me how everything worked..Great customer service... Long story short Mrs Bellamy is definitely a gem for washland ...Thanks Mrs.Bellamy for an awesome washland experience....

I needed to do some laundry and be able to use my corporate credit card, and Wash Land certainly made that easy. I opted to drop off and have my laundry done. So painless and easy. Shania took care of everything. It was perfect. Will definitely return.

Very clean and large place. All sizes of washers available with price ranges from $2.49 to $8.99. Dryers available for $0.49, $0.72, and $0.91 based on capacity. All machines use a payment card that is purchased for $1.00 from a touch screen machine using cash or credit. Cards are rechargeable and reusable.

Clean and good for the money. I wash my clothes twice a month and I am always happy to save time. I love the large machines and I felt like they were all clean and fresh. The girl who was working was well manored and helpful. I will be there again. I am truly thinking that I saved money doing it there.

The people working here are super nice and very personable.

I started coming to Wash Land about 4 months ago when I was living in Western Branch. I’ve since moved to Norfolk and once a week I pack up and head to Wash Land to do laundry. This place is consistently clean, the staff is kind, they work incredibly hard and honestly I can’t imagine there is a cleaner more professionally staffed laundromat in Hampton Roads. I ENJOY doing my laundry each week and look forward to spending a few hours at Wash Land. I highly recommend experiencing this place for yourself.

Haven't been to a laundry mat in about 25 years, but had the need today. This location was very clean, bright and Ingrid the attendant was extremely helpful and kind!! Because of her, I will definitely use this facility again.

They staff member that was working the day I went was very nice. The place was so clean and spotless. Have to fill up a card with money to use machines, just heads up. All sorts of washer and dryer size options. Will definitely be using this place more often!

We moved to VA about four years ago. I don’t frequent laundromats too frequently, mostly to clean blankets and quilts. It was so impressive to walk into Wash Land in Church-land. It was meticulously spotless. The machines are super clean and there isn’t a shred of debris on the floor or anywhere for that matter. The staff are so friendly and always available to assist you as needed. I have never encountered such an experience going to the laundromat! You do a great job! Thank You!

We had an amazing experience at the at the Wash Land in Western Branch. I had never been to a laundromat as an adult and was a little apprehensive because I had so much to wash. To my surprise the facility was very clean well ran and not extremely busy (we went on Monday around 11am). I would have to say the best part of my experience was Michelle the Manger she was AMAZING her customer service and attention to detail made my trip a success. I would Highly recommend wash Land to any of my friends and if you do go I hope Michelle is working because she truly made my experience memorable.

I had the best experience today!! We needed two bags full of towels washed and haven't been to a wash facility in a while. I didn't get the ladies name, but she was amazing!! She took time to show me how to use the card machine and calculated exactly how much I needed to put on the card to wash and dry them. She walked me to the washer and showed me how to use it. When that was done she showed me how to use the dyer. Even grabbed me a cart to help me move the clothes. The place was super clean also. Such a great experience!!
