Just stayed here 3 nights with my wife on our honeymoon. Upon entering our room we immediately saw a small gift and a letter waiting for us. Our room and the rest of the facilities were very clean. Room service staff is on the ball and does a good job. Breakfast is on the better side of things for a free motel breakfast. Coffee and wifi available for free. Easy access location for West side of Yellowstone park. We will definitely consider this place on our next visit.

It is a nice place to stay for a few days.
Their breakfast is awesome, clean rooms and helpful workers. Oh, and a swimming pool is good too!

We stayed at Crosswinds for 5 nights. The location couldn’t be better. Our room was clean, the carpet new, and the bed was very comfortable, with great pillows and crisp sheets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Good coffee! We enjoyed a cookie from the lobby every night when we got back from sightseeing.
Our only disappointment was the spotty wifi.
Still, it is reasonably priced, and we will stay there again if we get the chance, and have already recommended West Yellowstone and The Crosswinds to friends.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, we especially appreciate the gentleman working this morning 10/15 (I forgot to ask his name, French accent I believe). He was very kind, patient with all our questions, provided great details about places to check out near Old Faithful. The free breakfast has a lot of the same things you’d find at many other places (better cereal options), but the quality is much better than most we’ve experienced. We always expect a certain amount of noise staying in a room, but even the noise was less than most places we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend Crosswinds if you’re planning to stay in West Yellowstone.

Crosswinds Inn was the perfect place to stay when visiting Yellowstone Park. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms have been redone and are very clean comfortable. The staff was all exceptional!
Friendly front desk staff, our room was turned over everyday and the breakfast was amazing! Eggs, bacon, homefries, pancakes, fruit, bagels, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice! It was quite a spread! The gentleman taking care of the breakfast area was restocking and cleaning to keep everything filled. Such a great team ... We will definitely be back.

Very good experience with Crosswinds Inn. Breakfast is good, including sausage, bacon, egg, pancake, juices, bagel et al, and the breakfast time extends to 10 am (normally ends at 9am for most of the hotels). It looks like they want you have a good sleep in the morning, and then eat well to start your new day. They have on-site laundry, $2.5 for washer and $2.5 for drier. Very convenient. Also, they can lend you a bear spray for free, just remember to return it when you check out. The staffs are nice, the room is clean, and the location is just about 5 min to the west entrance. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with a great team. They looked after us very well. The housekeeping team worked hard to keep our rooms very clean and replenish the supplies on a daily basis. The breakfast was fresh, great quality and appealing. Choices were also great. The location is excellent and it worked out very well for us. We stayed there a long time, 9 nights and we would happily go back here again based on our experience. Highly recommended.

I chose this hotel because the breakfast looked good, and it was! I highly recommend the pancake machine. Better pancakes than most. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure.

This place definitely deserves a 5 star!
We started out in a cabin that was local, but because it had so many spiders and wasn’t very clean we had to find another place to stay. We came here w our adult children and spouses. They had 3 rooms available and ready for us to check in immediately. They even upgraded our room to a king size bed with no extra charge. The room was so clean and decorated beautifully. The whole place was as cozy as home. They allowed us to turn on the lights in the dining area so we could play cards and they adjusted the air conditioning so we could be more comfortable. In the mid afternoon, they even have the BEST chocolate chip cookies around! Yum!! The breakfast offered a wide variety of items as well. It smelled clean, the staff was friendly and kind, and overall it was just a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family if they come here to visit. Thank you so much to all of the staff here!

I have made a mistake on my booking dates. The park was closed at my booking dates. Hopefully they informed me very early. They could just wait till the last day in order for me to not be able to get a refund and attribute it to my fault as it was. Thanks !

The best stay we've ever had? No idea why it's only rated a 2 star hotel!? Room was absolutely amazing! Super clean! Comfortable bed! Chair and ottoman were the most comfortable seating ever! Very nice finishes! Breakfast was fantastic! Very large selection and all was delicious! Location was perfect! Can walk to everything in town! Shops, food, Wolf and Grizzly Discovery Center! Less than 10 minutes outside of West Yellowstone park entrance which is exactly where we wanted to be to see Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic Spring! This is where we will stay on our return trip as well! Cannot say enough good things about it!

This was one of the cheapest rates I could find, when we arrived, the check in process was very quick. We got to our room and the bed was super comfortable as well as the covers. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and especially the lotion smelled amazing. The bathrooms were nearly remodeled and clean and the carpet was clean. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Tv worked great. The only downsides were the pillows were a little uncomfortable and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on all night even when I turned the fan on high instead of auto. Over all, I would definitely stay again and they had good customer service as well. My favorite part was the breakfast!!

The desk staff was so friendly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a great variety! Biscuits and gravy was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.
One con-parking a little tight in some areas.

We had problems with our rooms at an other hotel and the only one left here was the appointment. It was on a side street, easy to find. Very clean with 2 bedrooms, kitchen(not stocked) and living room. We loved it

For our budget, this 2-star motel was just perfect. Great service from the get go (and throughout our stay), there's complimentary coffee and cookies all day (homemade cookies I believe). The rooms were clean. And had everything we needed such as a fridge with a freezer section. Comfortable beds too. Laundry onsite for $2.5 wash and same for drying. Great location!

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in at any price. Breakfast was great. We were only here for one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a place to stay in West Yellowstone look no further.

Best motel we have ever stayed in, no kidding. The rooms have been updated, beds are comfortable, bathroom and shower are clean, furnished with fridge and microwave, newer hardwood flooring and the towels are the biggest ever. Also there's a nice little heated indoor pool and hot tub with towels.

Then you wake up to a delicious free hot breakfast with all the fixings... again, best one we've ever had in a motel. The breakfast crew is friendly and takes pride in their work. Leave a tip, they deserve it. In fact all the employees are super friendly and made us feel welcome. We met the owner and son... great people!

The only complaint was the lack of a fan in the bathroom...a simple necessity in that small space! (The sink was outside)

Paid a really good rate that was far less than what the competition was charging for the same days. I will definitely come back again when visiting Yellowstone!
